Unacceptable Service
On the 30 September 2024 I taken my vehicle to Bluff Tyres Pinetown to have my alignment done. I been observing the screen indicating my camber been out of range however the technican completed the alignment inspection and switched the screen off. I approached the technician and questioned him about the camber adjustment that was not properly done. The technician told me that the sun rays was shining on the alignment sensors that caused an out of range indication. The technician was also incapable of giving me a printout indicating to me that their printer was out of order. I called the owner at Bluff who never answered my call but he read my watsapp message and also never rep****. I then proceeded to Tiger Wheel and they aligned the camber perfectly. Service of this nature is totally unacceptable and misleading to customers who are not knowledgeable.

Dissatisfaction about the service
I went to bluff tyres at Pinetown to install 4 Bridgestone tyres, when I arrived they said they have only 2 Bridgestone tyres in their branch but they will get the other 2 from another branch. They asked me to pay in advance so that they can collect the other 2 tyres. I paid for all four tyres .On the following day I called them to check if they have all 4 tyres. They said they have all 4. To my surprise when I arrived at their branch they installed other brand of tyres in my car. I told them that I paid for 4 Bridgestone and I asked them to remove the tyres they have installed and refund me my money. They removed the tyres but they did not refund me.Its more than one month now Bluff tyres has not refunded me. I phone them weekly, requesting my refund I’m so frustrated I really don’t know why are they not refunding me.

Dissatisfaction about the service

Cheapest place for same premium tyres
Cheapest place to buy tyres,same brand of tyres as the more well known tyre places like tiger wheel nd tyres but at a much less price if you don't mind sitting in a not so fancy waiting area which I dont mind as I get to save 1200 for fitting 19 inch continental from there for my wife's Mercedes

Shocking Service
Bluff Tyers Pinetown shocking service, what they say and do.......They were supposed to call me and they didn't. On my arrival, no apology, instead their attitude, wow!

Bad service and unreliable
I had an appointment to bring my car in today. When I got there they had 2 cars in front of me. I was told to come back at 12,which I did. At 15h00 after I complained, they couldn't find my keys. At 16h30 my car was done. As I left my car still pulled to the left,went back and they told me there wheel alignment machine still can't give a print out ,since 2021. And that there was something else wrong. Up until 16h50 they told me I have to come back tomorrow, cause they're closing They just sat around and refused to take orders from a white gentleman.

I called in with the tyre model and vehicle make a while back(September). A quote was done and payment made on the 03 Sept 2020. They did recognise payment. Ive tried going to the workshop twice, the first time they were busy, the second time, they told me that they needed to order. After weeks, a lady called telling me that the tyres are no longer available at that price and that if they order, i must pay the difference. I was not happy with this as it is clearly leading customers on to get payment. I asked that they pay the money back to me, email and called on the 10/10/2020. Clearly they stalled and did not want to pay me back as. This is unprofessional and as mentioned to Bluff tyres, they are putting my life and my vehicle at risk, as well as my business. Another email was sent by me on the 12/10/2020, they replied asking me banking details, where i replied same day on the 14/10/2020 with banking details. On thursday the 15/10/2020, they sales lady called telling me that they have managed to get 4 tyres at the same price as management called in a favor. I insisted that they still pay back, Ive already engaged with other fitment centres where they have stock and for cheaper however in good faith eventually agreed. It was scheduled for Saterday the 17/10/2020 where i come in early and get the 4 x tyres fitted. Today( the 17th, to my disgust, after waiting early, they tell me that only three tyres ar good and the 4th is damaged!!!! Clearly they are buying reject tyres, Nobodu called to tell me anything and still no money back. I have told the counter to re-imberse me, nothing as yet. They are putting my life at risk and my vehicle at risk, as well as my business, they dont really care about the customers

Screaming staff and No covid protocol
New Tyres but ****ty service and absolutely not a place to go during covid. The staff dont follow covid protocol. Masks were not worn, sanitizer was not used not at the door, not by the staff and no one sanitizing the waiting area. Mishka was shouting at her manager Malcom in a disgusting manner, Malcom has no was of talking to his staff who are working on the cars and frankly the staff doing all the hard work changing the tyres had better customer service. Wonder assisted with my car and he was friendly interacted with my family, he was amazing. Bluff tyres up your covid protocol and teach ur staff that are face to face with customers to have business ethics and if they have a issue they dont shout and scream infront of ur customers and your customers little children. Mishka needs to be reprimanded for her behavior! Malcom needs to learn how to talk to his guys working on our cars. Thank you Wonder! You were a gem and I think you could teach Mishka and Malcom people skills!
