****mers. I ordered a heated blanket months ago and paid in full. Received a confirmation of the order and then several apology emails stating the product was delayed in a shipment. Months later they’ve simply stopped responding. Do not order from this business.

I bought an online product from Blume CT which was supported by Paystack payment platform, as well as being advertised on FB and Instagram. I sent an email to Blume Cape Town on 28th July 2024 to Paystack after trying to contact Blume CT, the latter of which is an absolute ****. I asked the question as to how Paystack verifies the businesses that use their platform, and to date not a word, not even an acknowledgement. Where is Paystack's due diligence as I signed up as a business obo one of our clients and I literally had to provide DNA, but a **** sham bunch of ****** like Blume can register, take consumers money and fail to deliver anything. fb, Instagram, Paystack and Blume are absolute prime examples of the ********ity and lack of accountability within South Africa. My order was placed on 6th July 2024.

These people are proper ****mers! They’re continuously advertising products, yet don’t deliver. I placed an order over 2 months ago and still haven’t received any delivery. When I email them they have any excuse in the book from shipment delays to freight delays and stock shortages. My “3-5 day delivery” is now over 2 months! I asked for a refund and was simply told the accounts department will contact me, which they never did. There’s not even a telephone number for them. I asked for that as well via email without any answer. They are literally ******* who *****s people’s money!

I have successfully been ****med of R 998.18 by Blume Cape Town. I placed an order for 3 items. I received my one item promptly and thought , well that's not too bad. The order was placed on the 7th June. There were a few follow up emails, but it has gone silent since the 4th July. I highly advise people not to use Blume Cape Town . I had read the bad reviews on Hello Peter, but did not take much notice . People its real, I have been ****med

I ordered the Wearable Warm Blanket on the 6th June24 and paid R1299 … the order was never received. They sent me an email two weeks after the order stating that they are waiting for stock and will give me a 30% discount for my next order… since then they have vanished off the web… they do not answer emails and their facebook is also no longer active… looks like they stole from lots of people….

Hi there, I saw this company on Face Book and liked the product - Little Colourful Thumbs to keep your cable tidy... I placed an order 3/7/24 and by the 10/7/24 no order rcvd. I emailed them and someone responded 12/7/24 that they will check on my order and revert...and to date no feedback. I have emailed numerous times/tried calling the no available goes straight into voicemail...
