NOT WORTH EVEN A ONE STAR RATING. I bought a defective air suspension pump, 3 months later it stopped working. I returned it as per their policy on the invoice which says it must be within 6 months only to be told to **** OFF. Within the 7days, there was no way I could bring the part as it was working 100%. But I also never bought a part to last only 3 months. Even gave a report from RMI Approved GENIUS of a place where they confirmed the defective part. Do NOT buy anything from there. They sell defective parts.

Boxing day being a holiday I called them Ryan said me he has the part I needed I went there in edenvale this day Ryan even fitted me free the D1S xenon bulb Best service Not that I would have not paid for labor Ryan was too kind to fit the xenon onto my Jeep grand Cherokee 2012 3.0 crd All 3 Gentleman very kind Now I feel safe to travel and police won't stop me for lights not working

Do not buy from BM Parts
If there was a 0 rating, I would have given it. Bad customer service, I bought a thermostat online, it was delivered the next day. Only to find out it was a wrong one, I called them and they said they don't do returns, exchange or refund. Their terms and conditions state that, now I'm stuck with this part and I need to get the right one

Do not buy from BM Parts

BM PARTS EDENVALE
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Do not purchase from this company, they are very rude and arrogant. Bad customer service. The shop attendants are very rude. 2 young guys dealt with me in a very disrespectful manner. I brought back a part that I bought and it wasn't working as they said it would. Instead of listening to hear my explanation of how the part was working they started laughing and defending themselves acting as if I wasn't aware of what I was talking about. They were very rude.
