I would never recommend anyone to take their cars to this dealership. I used to take my car for service to this dealership (BMW Joburg South - Auto Glen). One day the lady called Samantha Roussel informed that my harness has been eaten by rats it needs to be replaced immediatly at cost of R14 000,00 or else she will cancel the motorplan. I called BMWSA complained that I dont have that R14 000,00 however when I have money I will bring it back cause I was broke, BMWSA promised me that they wont cancel motorplan but I must try and fix the problem cause it will affect should anything happen sharp we agreed. I went and change the harness with other dealership. Recently I decided to trade in the vehicle, my brother was facilitating the deal as I was abroad, I didnt know the car he got for me is from the same dealership that I told myself I will never set my foot. They requested to view the vehicle and it was sent for assessment. The guy called Adnan (Sales Person) informed him that the car motorplan has been cancelled, we need to activate the motorplan because they cant sell it without motorplan. This became as a shock to me because BMWSA informed me that the motorplan wont be cancelled now out of the blue the dealer went ahead and cancel my motorplan because of i dont have money to fix the issue at the time ***. Since I didnt know that the same dealership that cancelled my motorplan is the same dealer that is selling the new vehicle, instead of telling me to fix motor plan why didnt they told my brother that they are the one that cancelled it instead of hiding it and expect us to fix the issue surely they dont care about their clients. One of my friend even told me not to send my vehicle there anymore because they are ****** and I ignored him.If I knew that I would be treated like this I was not going to take to servie with them anymore. I would never recommend anyone to service or repair their vehicle with this dealer (BMW South - Auto Glen)I was also not suprised when I get to this platform and see other people crying as me. They are used to this.

When I got there, they diagnosed the car and gave me a quotation that included rims and etc. My car didn't start, then thy quoted me 23 786 including diagnosis, when I picked up my car they forget to put in water and a coolant, I drove to the garage, and we added the water and coolant. the quotation included power distribution and now my car. when driving is losing power. BMW South gate customer service manager was so rude even told me to go ahead and report to the ombudsman. I went back after next day. then he lies that thy put in the water, whereas I can go to the garage in waterfall and get a cctv footage of the water and coolant.</div>

Worst dealership ever , service agent was useless - called on progress 36hours later after multiple calls to him. Then returned the with incomplete work done. No care for getting things done right, no further business from us

I purchased my BMW 118i from Bmw Auto Glen on the 10th of October 2020. The Salesman Kade was very Helpful and Friendly. The Car unfortunately broke down on Saturday 26 December 2020 with a Drive Train Malfunction, turns out the Fuel Pump needs to be replaced :( . The reason for a 5 star rating is due to the fact that they are replacing the part at no expense to me and no hesitation, The Dealership staff are very helpful and provide a quick response to any queries, the Service Department has kept me informed at all times. A big thank you to Kade, Dale and the rest of the team for providing excellent Customer Care Service

Auto Glen is the ****tiest BMW Dealership in the whole country. All the time I go there they always have issues when it comes to authorizing repairs on vehicles which are on Motor plan. I have a 2018 BMW X6 M 2016 BMW M6 and 2016 435i. All the time I bring in any of these cars there's stories. Currently they are waiting for a so called part number from BMW SA I mean what the ****. How can they not have a part number for a car that they ****ing built. That's a load of Bull****. Not to mention BMW SA's uselessness they know **** all. Mercedes is calling me.

I have a 2015 Sedan 320i Lux line that is now standing on bricks as it has a damaged engine the car died enroute to Zeerust. This car has a full service history with Auto Glen. On the 18th July 2019 it broke down and was towed to Auto Glen reason was a snapped fan belt, that service came to R13 364.60 When at first I was told it would be R7 000+ the reasons being the heat exchange also got damaged, when all this was happening the dash had a 2000km left for service warning. After collecting the vehicle from the R 13 364.60 repair this warning light was still there. On the morning of the 31 August 2019 we took an early drive to Zeerust, the vehicle just lost power a big flame came out of the front left wheel. The insurance wanted to inspect the vehicle, later said its a mechanical issue the vehicle was towed to AUTO GLEN who then gave us a R208 432.30 bill to fix, well according to them the engine is dead and must be replaced. A lot of questions left unanswered here, was this car fixed properly in the first place, the service adviser said oil leak could be an issue, (was there no leaks before). Today I don't have a car as the R450 000 car is under the trees unmoving, till today they can;'t even explain how a car fixed by them is dead. They just don't care, the most useless dealer ever

I took my car in at BMW Auto glen for a diagnosis in mid-December the lady who we had spoken to on the phone confirmed our appointment but when we got there they refused to take in the car until we asked for the service manager who then agreed to take it in Long story short they advised that the diagnosis could take 2 days and we had no issue but after a few hours we received a call saying the whole engine needs to be replaced and it will cost 200k so basically no tests were run and they just wanted to get rid of the car so I had to pay diagnosis fees if about 2k. I couldn't understand how the whole engine could be faulty and we requested more information but nobody attended to us. We parked the car and finally decided to get a second opinion only to find that the clutch needed to be replaced and the engine is 100%. BMW the glen is unprofessional and I would never recommend it to anyone and I demand the diagnosis money that I paid as its clear that they dud not diagnose the car instead they gave us a ****py just so that they could enjoy their December holidays! Please refund me my money and take note that you've lost me as your client it drives me more mad that I was considering buying another car but I will never set foot at any BMW dealership

I took my car in for a service this morning and the lady who is supposed to help with shuttle bookings totally ignored me and when I asked what time the shuttle leaves, she gave me such an attitude and literally answered me as she was walking away!!!! I told her she was being rude, the other staff members just watched and simply ignored what was happening and this was not my first bad experience with them. Some of their staff are generally rude and think they are doing us a favour when we drop off our cars for servicing. I also had an experience which left a bitter taste in my mouth with their finance lady. AUTO GLEM BMW we are all paying clients and should be treated with respect!!!!
