On August the 16th, I took in my car because I was worried with it's acceleration. Later that day, im told my car was accidentally scratched and dented at the dealership. It's now November the 19th and nothing has happened. I've been unnecessarily patient but 3 months of waiting for my car to get fixed is beyond disrespectful. Being told "I'll check with them and come back to you" for 3 whole months must really mean I'm an idiot. Take accountability and fix the car,

Had the worst experience. Fitted brand new front brakes and disc's for over 10k, only for them to be squeaky immediately. Took the car back 4 times and each time it got worst. Eventually they told me to "live with it, it's due to BMW using inferior materials". Reached out to BMW SA for assistance , who only acts as communication between me and the dealership. They refuse to refund me or replace the faulty brakes. They expect me to leave my vehicle with them for 1 week, street having been back to have the brakes "cleaned" numerous times. Not to mention the countless times I've been offered backdoor servicing off the books by service advisors and mechanics at the dealership. An insider at BMW Head office confessed to me that BMW are having endless issues with this dealership. Do not trust them, do not allow them to rip you off and provide terrible service.

I took my carbon for a headlight and wiper change, they didn’t have stock of the lights so I took the car back, and would take it back when they have stock. Upon collection I noticed that the car had new dents and I flagged them with the dealership to which the ignored. I requested the inspection of the day and they sent it to me which clearly shows there were new dents made at the dealer. When they finally had stock of the headlights I took the car back, they inspected it again and noted all dents. Now they are claiming the second inspection where all dents were noticed was the very first inspection when the car was brought in the first time. They decided to ignore my requests and the fact that the dealership has made an error and continue to send me BS emails trying to convince me that the dents were already there. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BMW JOBURG CITY, no matter how desperate you are!

I'm very disappointed with Joburg city auto this is my second experience were I took my car in for service and i was told that the car radiator has a stone chip with them don't cover, my aircon was not working due to that, by then my car wash still under motor plan, I claimed from my insurance and was advised that there's nothing wrong with the radiator they tried regasing only to find that the compressor is the one with the problem, I laid a complain with BMW south Africa it's over a week now and no one got back to me, the saddest think its that my my car is no longer under motor plan, this is not the first time I experience such service from Joburg auto.I've been a loyal BMW for years but I am extremely disappointed.I need someone to get to the bottom of this, I don't understand why Joburg auto couldn't pick up the problem.

BMW Joburg City I since took my car to BMW Joburg City for service last week Thurday. ( I regret ever doing that) Till today i can't have my car I have a service plan and I have a warranty plan. All this 2 service plan have paid for my car to be serviced. And I was still charged out of my won pocket. Which makes me wonder why do I have 2 policies for my car to be serviced if i will still be charged. I was told I will have to pay R4400 when the car is ready, after running after them for days to check if my car was ready or not. Yesterday when I went I was told they didn't even start with it, today i went to collect my car but I still couldn't get it. The person who was assisting Me is not there.. I now got someone new who tell me I must R6000+ first before I get my car. I don't know what's the R6000 for because i was told about R4400, 2 of my service plans paid them and yet still I can't have my car it's been a full week and days today. I failled to attend my important family gathering because of this. I don't if am being taken advantage of or what's happening. I had a car before this and I have expenciced this type of service. Incompetence, lack of honesty. Charging rediculous amounts after service plans paid them . I will never support this dealership and I will never take my car to service with them. Worst service I have get. I been patient with them for days till today still I don't have my car.

I took my car in for service on Wednesday to BMW Joburg City on Wednesday 27th May and everyday I get another excuse why I cant get my car back. I have explained to the service consultant that I use the vehicle for work and even provided my permit ti support this. They failed to provide me with a courtesy car and its makes me even more angry that they do not seem to be sympathising with me.
