Try them if you want to end up in tears. It’s the worst experience—terrible service, rude staff, and a complete lack of support. They will rip you off without a second thought—absolute ****mers

Send a review about two weeks ago...BMW Eastrand never responded to the email from Hellopeter...their customer service responded to my complain ...but never followed through as promised on their last mail to me.....that says alot about how much they take their customers seriously......

I have bad experience about BMW on call and I would love for them to be exposed they have stressed me so much and I want someone who can help me solve this case,On the 7th of February 2024 my car was stuck at the filling station at astron garage near Blue Lagoon,BMW on Call was recommended by my insurance including the tow Truck company to call a technician to come and assist in putting the car to neutral so that it can be taken by the tow truck.The Technician (Puso Mahusi) who was assisting us on that day went underneath my car and un*****ed the gearbox without disconnecting the airpipe first .So through his negligence he damaged my airpipe,his service was so poor to the fact that he didn't even put the under covers back to were they should be,when the tow truck went home with the car,the car back wheels locked itself and the car went back to park.i have tried several times for them to replace my pipe,waited for almost 2 month for them to respond to my claim but they only responded on Monday(18/03/2024).I have been calling non stop wasted almost R200 airtime and wasted my last cent (R420) for the callout,the service I got was very poor and I need justice, They where under a legal obligation to carry out the work on my car with reasonable skill and care,using parts of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose as laid down by the consumer rights Act 2015 or supply of Goods and service act 1982, the above faults indicate that BMW on Call failed to do so and I'm therefore legally entitled to recieve compensation from BMW on Call for the breach of contract,my refund including the money I have spent calling them everyday,and also the stress that they have caused in my life,I haven't used my car since the 7th of February because of them,I need them to be exposed,the service I got was very poor,I even thot that it's because of my race that's why they doing what they doing

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Save yourself the stress and the turmoil. They do not know what they are doing and will destroy your car. It is a business run by a dishonest man that will turn around and blame you when they damage your car and bring it in worse condition than what you took it as. My car had one minor issue where my performance was not at full speed and they brought it back with more problems including stop and start problems that were never there, this after I paid them over R12 000 and gave them three opportunities to fix the problem. They brought it back worse every time and it eventually broke down and caused me an accident because they clearly touched parts in the engine they were not meant to and caused damage. Then they refuse to give you a refund and keep wanting you to give them your car so they can keep damaging it and maybe stealing parts from it. They took advantage of me as a woman who was communicating with them directly and the owner Rhulani Mkhonto is pathological liar who tried to make up unbelievable stories to evade accountability when I eventually asked my husband to speak to him because I was pregnant and this really caused me stress and that along with the accident occasioned by their damage to my car really put me at risk of miscarriage. There is a similar review on the business and the owner clearly indicating a pattern of behaviour on his part which I missed because their operating name is not consistent. I wish I saw this earlier - if you see this, please listen.

Here's the issue with supporting some black owned d businesses, they are quick to sell you a dream of how amazing their service is but don't back it up. I serviced my car with BMW_MOBILE SERVICE EMAIL RCMKHONTO@GMAIL.COM CONTACTS OF OWNER +27 73 955 8882and I regret it to this day. Not only did the owner insult me, his staff left my cars with more problems then it did. That I had to find another service provider to try fix damage done. Their service provided are minor and major services. Which includes a free diagnostic I paid for a major service and for brake pads total R4200, but all they did was check the engine oil, clean microfilter, air cleaner element. I may not know much about cars but I believe every single owner knows their own car better then anyone else, I may not know much about cars but a major service this service providers team took less then 2hours to complete. When I drove my car, there was a banging noise from the rear end, my car was jerrking and was struggling to get power. If I changed to gear 3, my baby was near switching off. I addressed this with the owner him selfhis team returned to check my car, only to find neglegance, they didn't tighten the rear brake pads, I informed of how it's jerrking to be told its not their fault my car decided to. Have issues after they serviced it, as they know how clients are they want to blame them I explained how I had to find another service provider due to how he chose to handle the situation and now I've needed to pay a total of R2500 just so my car can be some what in working condition, to have that other service provider straight tell me there is no way a major service was done on my car those people took advantage of me cause one I'm young secondly I'm a woman, there's no way what was done to me would have been done a man . I enquired about the free diagnostic that I didn't see being performed, owner replied with the free diagnostic is them diagnosing the car by looking over it checking the basics, if I want it to. Go through diagnostic machine I'll need to pay R1500. I must remember how I don't know anything about cars and note how his experience BMW mechanic for over 15years if there's issues with my car I shouldn't make it his problem, it's not his issue that I knew my car had problems now I want to blame his team. He continued to raise his voice and insult my intelligence, how the second service provider was the one who actually caused mybcar to have problems To later admit to his team did show neglegance and he can compensate me with 50% discount on my next service. I beg do not take your car to BMW MOBILE service. They give black owned businesses a bad name, they give legitimate, honest and reliable black business owners a bad reputation. Such businesses who dismiss, belittle you and make sure they make it a point to tell you how they couldn't give a damn about what you want to say once you've paid them shows they're pure definition of crooks, pure definition of lacking in customer service. I regret I repeat regret supporting this black owned business. I want my money back in all honesty I want to make this business known country wide until they actually close down if such means I'm bitter so be it but they took advantage of me worse disrespected me and not even apologized but told how I don't know what I'm talking about cause I have no experience with cars . Such black owned business make others who are authentic, true business professionals not ever be supported.
