From Warren Benz who handled my trade ins evaluation, Chesrae Matthee our salesman, Lelanie who handled the F and I to Jaco Conradie the used car salesmanager, we where fortunate enough to purchase our 3rd vehicle from this team and once again the service we received was out of this world! Thank you team for the friendly, professional and personal attention each one of you gave us throughout the process. We walked away feeling like winners and would highly recommend SMG BMW Tygervalley to anyone who is not only looking for a great deal, but service that goes way beyond the industry norm. Thank you team, we are over the moon with our "new" vehicle!

I am disappointment and frustration with the service I have received from your workshop. On June 13, 2025, I booked my car in due to a problem of not starting, and your team opened a job card and assessed the issue. However, the subsequent repairs have been unsatisfactory. Timeline of Events - June 17, 2025: The car was attended to, and I was promised an update on June 18. - June 19, 2025: I was informed that the problem was fixed, and I was charged and told it was fixed. - June 26, 2025: The car experienced the same problem again and failed to start. - June 30, 2025: The car was towed back to the workshop. - July 4, 2025: I was told the car was fixed, and I was charged for the repairs - July 8, 2025: The car experienced the same problem again and wouldn't start. - July 9, 2025: The car was brought back to the workshop, where it has remained until now. I have not received any update and when I call im being transferred to an un attended line Concerns I'm extremely dissatisfied with the lack of progress updates and the recurring nature of the problem. Despite multiple attempts to fix the issue, the problem persists. I expect a higher level of service and from you guys.

I have been the owner of BMW's for quite a number of years, but this was my very first time that I have experienced more than just professional service delivery from a team. Bernard and Lelanie at Finances went far and beyond their normal duties to ensure that we could collect our new vehicle within a matter of 4 days. They are an absolutely amazing team. They were more excited than us, when we called them and they never made us feel that we were bombarding them with our calls and queries. In fact, they literally shared in our joy when we took ownership of our vehicle. This humbling experience just re-ignited my trust in my BMW family. I thank you. Elise and Anver Titus. April 2025

<div>Gees :) ... i bought a car from Chesrae Matthee at bmw tygervally and I've never been happier and two months later when I needed to ask some information about the car this man was so helpful :) I am so grateful that God has put him in my path for financing my first car... He is such a decent guy, always responding to anything we may need, always assisting, we have received the best service ever from him... Outstanding customer service...i would recommend him EVERYTIME to anyone.</div>

Simone Govender will use her customers and people for money (she will directly ask for money) runs from paying rent and will only befriend people for financial gain, when confronted she runs or will change jobs at different dealerships. she is manipulative and dishonest. do not give her a cent, you will be left out of pocket of thousands of rands.

Took car for diagnostic check today as a prerequisite for trade. Car is regularly serviced by a reputable mechanic. Received report for repair of various items, including turbo, totalling 200k. Went to collect the car, car had a slight wobble when decelerating. When checked, found that they had not tightened both sets of front wheel nuts. Luckily discovered this before hitting highway. This made me wary of the report, and went to verify this at a local workshop. Turbo not damaged, fresh oil in engine bay due to connecting pipes not replaced correctly.A quart of oil lost because of this, which really could have caused damage to the engine of the vehicle. Was also reported that battery is irregularly discharging. This was because they never replaced the battery cover correctly. Car went to them with no problems and no warning lights. Beware of making use of this workshop to service and look after your vehicle. They quite literally could have killed me today had I not been driving without the radio on.
