Well let me start my complaint is I bought a bmwgs1200 2nd hand that only had 18500km on the clock later I was informed by friends there was a recall on the drive shaft not having a drainage system on the housing of the drive share after BMW kld had the bike for the recall I was in formed when I took the bike in for a service at a certified dealer that my drive shaft had rusted do badly that they could not open the rear end of the drive shaft when I approached BMW kld I was informed that they only install the drain plug and do not Inspect the drive shaft unless water comes out of it but yet it was so rusted they replace the drive shaft but still I was billed R3897 (BMW knowing there was a problem with the drive shaft just left it now my other question is a friend of mine toke his BMW 1200gs in on the recall and was not billed at all so why I am been treated like this from BMW
Is this how BMW work with there customers my GOD PPL BE CAREFULL WHEN DEALING WITH BMW
