Poor service BN Towing
Good day My vehicle broken on Sunday 16th June 5 km outside Clarens in the Free State. The engine was cut out and we stopped immediately. We call the road assistance service and receive very poor service. We are waiting and after a few hours BN Towing from Kestell phone us. After more than an hour the man arrived and made it clearly that we are wasting his time because he does not want to work on a Sunday and long weekend. He tell us he take the car to Kestell. The car is loaded and he left without giving us a copy that he had load the car. We see him stop at the petrol pump and run afterwards and ask him for a copy. On Wednesday 19 June my husband go back to Bethelem to fetch our car in Bethlehem. Then he saw that the four wheel covers are broken . He called the towing service and the owner Mr. Bongani shouted at my husband and asked for evidence. Ford in Bethlehem take photos when the car arrived there on Tuesday and give it for my husband. He send the photos for Mr. Bongani. Mnr Bongani arguing with him and after a while he promises that he would delivered new wheel hub covers to us in last week in Wolmaransstad. Currently he didin't send the covers. my husband phoned him this morning and his reply he forgot. We expect that is must pay the cost of the new wheel covers I look forward to hearing from you.
