I can NOT believe the Rudeness I got from LISA in the office today! Called regarding prices not being the same as per the price list just to hear that she knows about it and that it is old stock and there for the price is different with such a bad attitude! (So why send a pricelist with the wrong prices? And on top of that have been waiting for a pricelist for 3 weeks already) I then asked if she can add the rest of the thicknesses on for the Superwood & chipboard then she says I will do it when I have a chance because I am very busy "with a high-pitched voice and so rude". If this is the way you speak to your customers, I don't want to know how you are still employed. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Pathetic service,no sense of customer service,Rude and condescending.Sales department are really a waste of time.wasted lots of airtime,sad as the prices are right but staff needs training in customer service badly.asked for pics of a few boards,impossible task for Sales.Better chance at winning the lotto than getting help from these guys.my advice-pay extra somewhere else.At least you wont feel bad after spending your money.

A few weeks ago, I wrote a review on this business (Boardmaster) about 2 complaints. The first had to do with their delivery people damaging my floor while placing the boards delivered. They pulled/pushed the said boards across the floor instead of gently placing them down, and management's refusal to come and investigate; and secondly the likleyhood that they had delivered "B grade" boards instead of Ä grade". I have pictures of chips on the boards after being cut by a professional board cutter that indicate that these were "B grade". I wish that I could append pictures of this. The board cutter confirms that these boards were "B grade" So, be very wary of Boardmasters.

I called asking if they do delivery. When the gentleman called me to confirm my address I informed him that I will arrange for someone to be at the house to receive the delivery and allow the delivery gents in. However, if he could please give me a ring 10 minutes before so I can make sure someone is there and opens straight away. This man says they don't do that, so he wont be able to deliver, I say "but help me,help you" its to make sure none of your guys sit and wait, because they might end up waiting for someone to open the door, he says well then we wont deliver to you, you can make a plan to collect. I say but I really need the delivery and now because I asked if you would call you wont do the delivery, this man says exactly, you can have your money back and we wont delivery. His tone was beyond rude and besides the other snotty comments he made his entire interaction was completely unnecessary. If I'm only trying to be courteous to their delivery guys and now he wants to take away my entire delivery away all because I asked if he would call 10 minutes before his outside. -What terrible service. -This guy was really dramatic -Don't take your bad mornings out on a customer

I bought 20 melamine boards and a few tops from Boardmaster about 2 weeks ago. They delivered these the next day, which was good but, in so doing, their delivery people scratched, and badly damaged, the wooden floors of the office in which they placed the boards. Instead of gently placing the boards on the floor, they dragged these boards across the floor. I sent Management videos of the damaged floor and a voice recording of the office lady confirming how they scratched the floors, but they refused to accept that it was their delivery people. The owner of Boardmaster, to whom I spoke (a very rude and obnoxious person) refused to hear me out and put the phone down abruptly. So also is Lisa, their Sales manageress, a very rude lady, who also put the phone down in my ear when I suggested that they come over to my office, where the floors were damaged, with the delivery people to determine who is not being truthful - their delivery people or my office lady. This is a fair and reasonable way of resolving this, is it not? Also, it appears as if they sent us "B" grade boards. They deny this by saying that they don't have "B" grade boards in stock. If this was the case, then why did the floor sales person ask us if we wanted "B" or "A" grade boards? Very fishy!!! Boardmaster is apparantly, not interested in resolving these issues. Beware anyone that buys boards from BOARDMASTER!!!!!

I bought 20 melamine boards and a few tops from Boardmaster about 2 weeks ago. Instead of gently placing the boards on the floor, they dragged these boards across the floor. Having dealt with Boardmaster in the past, our experience was satisfactory, until recently, hence the 3 star rating. We used their online website order platform to place an order for collection. On receipt of order confirmation via email, our order was stated as being in hold until payment is received and that a quotation would be sent to us shortly. We contacted the offices directly to enquire about how to pay and were told we needed the quotation. After 5 days of waiting for the elusive quotation, we sent an email enquiry, as our production of goods were now being delayed by stock shortages. Needless to say, the quotation was eventually received, without any apology or explanation and in my opinion their customer service levels are not a #WIN for me at the moment.
