I've placed an order to the value of R5,199 for a Bosch washing machine and immediately EFT'd the amount to Bobs Basket.
I received confirmation that my payment was received via email and that my order will be delivered within 2-5 working days.
As time went on, I grew concerned about the fact that I didn't hear anything else from Bob's Basket.
I sent various emails to them and I tried calling both numbers available on the website, which both went straight to a message saying that the numbers aren't available.
I couldn't get a hold of anyone and realised that there is something wrong.
In the end I went to my bank to reverse the amount paid to them, in order to go and buy another washing machine as I was in dire need of one.
I really wish I consulted Hello Peter, before I ordered from them, I would have been saved a lot of trouble.
