Rogues , Scammers BOBS Basket need to shut down their website

Good Afternoon

I purchased a Smeg Toaster & Kettle , till this very day I have not received my order which was done on the 19/04/2021 , every time I phone to speak to the manager I get told my order will be arriving soon wait for confirmation of the email which I have not received till this very day ,their website needs to be shut down SMEG and all Major appliance companies need to be informed of their scams, they are ripping poor people of their monies.
