Body Graphics shocking after sales service

I bought one of their foot switch products on 17th December I received it 20 December 2023 and only started using it early January 2024. As my current one was giving me hassles i had to buy the one from BODY Graphics as a replacement. I only used it maybe 2 weeks before it gave me trouble. So I contacted them to ask what to do about it repair or replace and they tell me not their problem, they don't carry any kind of guarantees.. That ridiculous.. Since when do electrical equipment not carry guarantees of some sort..
