A friend gave me a voucher for brows and lashes… I must say I am happy with the experience, brows looked great and moderate. Lashes lasted about 4 weeks and I got lots of compliments too while wearing them. I have done my refill 2 others and equally happy too. You just earned a client

I was at Bodyframe with friends for my birthday and the treatment we received was heavenly. From the booking to the the follow up and experience… The******s were very friendly and knowledgeable. Owner was very friendly, she ensured we were comfortable and documented the day for us in pictures. My day was made in great way.. I recommend

Worst place ever to do eyelashes and micro blading or ombre. I tried to complain from the owner I showed her that my eyebrows were not straight and eyelashes fell off of the next day when I went back the the****** said the glue was not good and she use another glue because I had already paid for a 2 weeks refill, this was a bad idea to allow them to touch my eyes I almost lost my vision. I tried to complain but the owner is very rude she shouts at you as if you did not pay for the services you will be disgusted and be scared to go back to give them a chance to rectify their mistakes, I went there 3 times but every time I went there it was getting worse.

A conversation between me and the Spa owner at Bodyfram: [07/31, 21:26] +27 76 777 7842: Good evening Sincere apologies for late message You were by our spa last week for your brows Kindly share the voucher for your microblading [07/31, 22:07] Martha Pule: Good evening. I found your Spa at hyperil. Wanted to buy a voucher only to find out your Spa is down the street from me. I came without a voucher and paid as a normal client. The experience has been very dissapointing to say the least. From the welcoming, no consultation card, your the****** did not even know what hypertension is, as I wanted to know if it was a contra-indication. On my visit i was never shown the premises nor told of services that your Spa offered. Was not offered any refreshments while awaiting nor shown the toilet incase i needed it. The treatment proceeded. Brows were too thickly done though I had ask for them not to be. The brows were not aligned, one was higher than the other and the other thicker than the other. I came back 4 days later with the complaint she said come back after a week. I came, she put on the numbing cream. The pain was excruciating, clearly the cream did not work. Kego did not ask if I could feel discomfort while performing the treatment. She continued with the treatment as I twitched. The shape was made to look better as the ink hardly took the first time. As we speak now it has peeled and the results are still questionable. No one has ever called for a follow up call regarding my first microbladding treatment nor the Second one. But tonight I get this msg to share my voucher. This is how my brows currently look. Advice going foward because I paid the full price for your serce and so far it has been dissapointing and very unprofessional. We unfortunately do not offer refreshments for many reasons.. What you must also know is that many people know it as high BP than hypertension and this ladies not all of them are graduates they are just fortunate to be trained I do not see any reason why the spa should be blamed for that cos I am sure if you had said Bp she would have understood. I wil follow up with the lady on Friday as she is off on why she offered u a bad service. The level of u professionalism is unheard of I. This era.

I am not happy with Bodyframe at all. I had micro blading done which required a follow up appointment which I had to pay for as well. After my eyebrows healed the first time I noticed very big gaps and very little difference. I then went for the second session....2 weeks later I saw that the second session didn't make a difference either. I contact the owner and she told me that my brows haven't healed properly and that I should give it time. A month later I sent the owner pictures of the mess on my face and she then tells me that she had advised her staff that if a client has little to no facial hair they should rather recommend doing ombre. She then said that she recommends that I come back for ombre at a discount after I had already paid R1200 I feel that the staff there should know better and that they are now just trying to cover up mistakes. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone because they clearly don't know what they are doing and don't understand what works for what skin
