Their employees are ****mers

So my brother was interested on some products sold at a company called bogart and coincidentally a friend of his who works at Sandton branch said he'll help him purchase it because he's an employee of theirs and coz he works on the sales department and yah he did get those products. But the second time the guy ran with his money n blocked him on social media and we tried calling the company an investigation was conducted and he was supposed but we never got a refund, their response was ' his managers refuse to refundoneu they did not receive and you can do as you wish', so am just wondering coz it seems this is not the first time this has happened because of their employee. So how trustworthy is their business or employees, by the way his name is bongani pathela.
