Trash store

I have placed an order 2 weeks ago and i haven't been able to track my order or received any kind of communication from the team. I cant even reach out to via phone call or the whatsapp automated app that doesn't even work to transfer to agent. I'm absolutely disappointed and will definitely never again buy from the store ever again !!
