Rude

EXTREMELY rude receptionist. Rude to both myself and my husband when we called on separate occasions. She kept cutting me off asking what am I phoning about, and this when Im trying to tell her what Im calling about. And never have agents available. As the front person her level of professionalism is shocking no matter what industry.
