Disgusting defective shoes
I bought a pair of shoes online from this company when I received the them I noticed that the right shoe and the left shoe were not the same,the other shoe had a couple of mayor and minor defects that were obvious to see. I asked for a replacement instead of giving me the replacement as they promised,they only fixed the one major defect and shipped their defective shoes back to me.I feel like I was ******. I'm disgusted with their service. I've been supporting this company since 2022 I've more than 5 pairs of shoes them and this is how they show gratitude.

Bolton Footwear, No service, No Feedback, Order NOT delivered after 5 weeks....
I have purchased quite a few goods from Bolton and the service was great and then all of a sudden it went down the toilet. I placed an order on the 18th of December 2024 and only received half of it on the 8th of January 2025, the other half, being school shoes, has still not arrived and its the 10th of January 2025. I have sent follow up coms to Felicia, Jeetesh, Joshua, fatimah, with ZERO feedback, tried calling them this morning, for a credit only to be told, nobody is in the office today!

Bolton Footwear, No service, No Feedback, Order NOT delivered after 5 weeks....

Excellent Service by Bolton Footwear
On Wednesday, 17 July 2024, I ordered a pair of size 8 grasshoppers. The shoes were delivered on Friday, 19 July. Size 8 was a bit big but I immediately requested for size exchange which was approved immediately. This morning, 23 July 2024, my order was delivered. I am happy about the quality and the size. Tania and your team, keep up the good work.

Bronx think twice
A pair of Bronx formal shoes heels collapsed requested Bronx / Bolton footwear to contact me. I used both their customer care email and their contact us forum on the web page. Still no contact and no customer service. One must think twice before supporting these products

Shocking service & possible ****
I ordered Grasshopper school shoes on the 20th December 2023. It is the 5th January 2024 and I have still not received the shoes. There is no contact number for Bolton shoes and they do not respond to emails. Is this website legit? I am concerned that I have been had. Please do not use Bolton shoes.
