Bolton Technical Amplifier Non-Operational

Bolton Technical installed a cell phone amplifier in my house, the signal was never strong to equate the monetary outlay. They promised a 30-day money back guarantee, I complained at various times, with no satisfaction.

The cell phone signal cuts out while I'm talking on the phone.

I really would like my money back because the amplifier doesn't improve my cell phone signal. My invoice number is: SO-09587. Please help!
