I had an encounter with Candace Lamprecht, besides looking amazing, she has a great personality. Brought be free goodies and I really appreciate her efforts. So, this review is essentially about Candace and her team; they are really good for the business. Well done Beautiful!

Bond Stationers are the most unethical, disorganized, pathetic most rude company I have ever dealt with. They treat their staff like trash. They have a very high staff turn-over (4 resignations & 2 dismissals of which 1 "unfairly") in a period of 1 - 3 months. They get hundreds of emails per day with nothing but complaints from unhappy clients. Worst client service ever. I will NEVER deal with Bond Stationers ever again .. happier to pay PNA prices !!!

Bond sold us an old empty Ink HP Cartridge and suggested we have an IT person look at our printer, they would not give us any further assistance, we are a small company, do not ahve an IT person on the property and had to send the machine in, the used cartridge was confirmed and we ahd to phone Bond back and discuss this with them as the cartridge was over R1000.00, they did not follow isntructions to wait until the machine was back in our possession and sent a driver repeatedly to us, when we received the machine back they refused to come again to collect it telling us they supplied us last 8 months previously, we did buy the cartridge about 8 months ago as we have to have one in stock at all times, this has never proven to be a problem with any other supplier previously, Bond refuse to acknwledge they supplied us with a faulty cartridgew and refuse to pick the cartridge up for testing,

I ordered stationery online from Bond Stationers on the 15th March 2016. Today is the 31 March and I have still not received my order. My staff are waiting to do work for clients but we do not have any stationery. The excuse is that the order was mixed up because they were short staffed. This is unacceptable!!! I must now wait till a driver is available to deliver the stationery. I will not hold my breath to see if it arrives today.

Been dealing with Bond Stationers for a community entity for 6 years. Additionally, I have bought four HP cartridges for my HP printer at home. The first two lasted a very long time, around a year each.

Recently, l bought one which dried up after two months. CYNTHIA BOND outright blamed my printer. She would not replace it before HP in Midrand weighed it. HP gave the all clear for its replacement. CYNTHIA BOND told me that for one cartridge, I was too much trouble.

Two months later, the replacement dried out. CYNTHIA BOND again blamed my printer and the volume of printing - conjecture and neither true. I emailed Cynthia Bond several times for feedback. She took two weeks to contact HP who again gave the all clear to replace the cartridge. I demanded a refund. She asked for my banking details but wanted proof from my bank! Three weeks later, no refund. I sent several emails and left as many phone messages - no answer. Finally, I got her on the phone to have her tell me again how much trouble I was and blaming me for problem, said the dud cartridges were not her problem. Yesterday, I recd the refund R499 instead of R517.56 - IN980478, 9 Oct, which she refuted.
