Terrible Customer Service & Taking Advantage Of Customer
I have had a very terrible experience buying goods from them. Ordered 2 large mopane, only to received what is a hand size mopane. I also paid for the delivery (which is fine) But when i went to ask about the size - the owner said I shouldve stipulated at checkout what they will be used for and since they buy from overseas regarding weight it is based more on weight than size. However it is boldy sold as size from small, medium to large. With no indication of me having to say that I should say what I am using it for. My main reason selecting large was due to wanting large and not having a smaller heavy item. And maybe if he only deals with weight than size, then he should indicate on his website the weight from light, medium to heavy. He then told me i have three options: - Drive from CPT to choose a different one - Pay extra R180 (courier fees and he will give me a large size) - or return items with a 15% process fee and R90 (courier fee) deduction I have called consumer goods, to see if hes allowed to charge me - which he is not even if it states it in his Terms and conditions. They are unused items - and with the request to return same day of delivery. I am beyond disappointed in his customer service and the advantage he likes to take on his costumers when they are not happy with the items received - due to false advertising and then says its not his fault and thats why hes charging 15% processing fee. And even if it was due to me not wanting them for whatever reason, I am fully entitled to a full refund (minus delivery) and for me to change my mind. Obviously depending on usage and damage from my behalf. I have now given him a day to consult with whoever he needs to or will be lodging a complaint to Consumer good and Service Ombud.

Amazing service personal touch!
I ordered some bonsai binding wire from bonsai tree online. I received my order within a few days with a lovely note thanking me for the purchase as well as some samples related to bonsai. What amazing service with a lovely personal touch.

Bonsai Tree Is LITERALLY THE BEST
Bonsai Tree is such an absolutely wonderful store for your Bonsai tree needs. They offer such excellent service, great products - with my first purchase they added samples of products I might want to try for my Bonsai and a handwritten thank you note, I will definitely be buying from them again and again. The delivery was quick, the parcel was so well packaged, I could go on and on.

Best Bonsai, carnivorous plant and orchid connoisseurs
This is my go to plant shop. I have always received exceptional service, quick deliveries and quality plant goodies. I have bought 4 carnivorous plants and 2 orchids - They are healthy and thriving:)

The website is super easy to navigate, prices are really good, and customer service is outstanding. The owner himself has no problem contacting you via phone or email regarding an order. Plants were fabulously packed in bubble plastic, so it was couriered to me with no problem at all. All the plants were marked, and the pots they had to go into was also marked. The best plant packaging ever! Every single plant I received is thriving. Delivery was super fast. I also received a hand written note with my purchase. Something one rarely comes across these days. I highly recommend this proudly South African company. Thank you very much for your outstanding service!
