Worst Service everrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi, This is the worst online shop thus far and will not refer or suggest for anyone to use it. I ordered my item on the 29th of March and was promised that I will receive my goods within 7 to 15 days. I have sent to many request to find out of the ETA of my item and have not received any feed back. I wish I can rate half a Stars since they did a great job in taking my money.

Pathetic after sales. Discourage from using
I have orderered a cell phone case from Bonzi. It arrived on the 26th if January conpletely shattered and of no use to me (after a 3 week wait).When i contacted them they said they dont do replacements only refunds. After some duscussion they agreed to replace the product. It is now the 10th of March. I have sent countless e mails. No product, no refund, just countless promises, that is if you are lucky enough to get any response. Pathetic customer service. Only promises, but they do not deliver. Dont let yourself be fooled by this company. Happy to take your money, but no aftersales customer care whatsoever.

I bought a mini gps unit, which was a knock-off of the original ones. The unit was faulty and I returned it. The person who allegedly tested it had no knowledge of its workings as he suggested that the signal might be influenced by gps signal (sim card), which those units does not have. It works with satelite signal. The return only covered my courier fees to send it back and no actual refund for the unit. They have no one to physically speak to on any landline or cellular phone. They only respond on whatsapp and email, but ignore more messages than answering them. They have an alledged address for returns, but when i visited that address, no one in the office block knows BONZI. ****mers 100%. Never use them, they are useless ********s in my mind !!!

6000w inverter
Bought an inverter paid R1059 6000w on 24th July 2023 stated delivery 1-3 days that is why I ordered only to be told takes 15 days for delivery. After receiving the parcel in 9 days the inverter cut off making a terrible noise after 1 hour of use. I've been going back and forth via email with Laura and after 7 days after sending a video showing the noise she tells me it was tested before being sent so how could it last for 1 hour after delivery. Then she told me to get someone to fix it and send receipt to them I will be refunded for that. Then she tells me to send the inverter back to China I asked who pays for custom duties she told me to use postnet or post office. I gave now lost this money as 7 days have passed cannot return it due to back and forth with Laura. They a big ****mers I would advise people not to buy I learnt the hard way

Not even one star worth. Within only a few hours after registering an account with Bonszi, I got a call from a ****mer trying all the tricks in the book to gain access to my banking details! A clear indication that Bonzi is selling private data to a third party and therefor breaking the popi law! Please be warned and be careful!

DO NOT USE THIS ONLINE SHOPPING SITE I ordered a part for my Go Pro 8 At first I was delighted that they delivered in good time Only to realise the product did not fit After weeks of back and forth email interactions and sending pictures and videos and being passed form one person to another they said I could return the product for a full refund ... TO CHINA AT MY OWN COST!!! There returns policy is not in keeping with international standards Use them at the risk of getting a unreturnable product you cant use

Very poor service and poor customers care.
The supplier is very poor in managing returns. I have reported to them that the item I bought was defective using their online return service. At the end of the process I was given a South African Durban address to send my parcel to. I was not give the recipient's details even after requesting for it 2 times on email. I was requested to send a test video which I did and they did not even comment on it. I couriered the item to the address and no one was at the address to receive the item. Now I have to pay for return of the item back to my address. At one time I was given China contacts whereas I was given the South African Address. Their communication is slow and not effective. They sent me couple of links to use for the return and non of them opened to a functional website.
