Takes money but does not fulfil orders

My Wife bought a book off this store only for the person who fulfils orders to go on a break. I don't understand how you can have a site that still accepts your orders and takes your money but proceeds to just put up a banner that says "We're on a break! Expect a delay in all orders until further notice" With no date on when they will be back process orders again? Simple refuse the orders or have someone issue refunds when asked.

This order was placed a month before this banner was even up, A better solution would be to get all orders done before you go on an extended leave.

I will gladly remove this review if I ever get a response back.
