Frustrating Experience

I’ve had a frustrating experiencing trying to purchase books from Bookdealers.co.za. They claim shipping takes 5-7 working days, it has now been 12 working days and when I enquired about my order via email and WhatsApp I have gotten no replies. I believe I’m being ignored and I wonder if the books I’ve spent money on actually exist.
