Bad Service. Bad Cofffee. *********** Barista.
I had an absolute terrible experience at Bootleggers Grand West just now being one of a few now at this Bootleggers with staff that are very unfriendly, barista who makes your coffee with an utter cold attitude clearly displaying the level of appreciation for a job that is supposed to be a passionate one especially when creating something that someone has to consume. I am very dissapointed and cannot recommend this bootleggers at all. The coffee she made tasted like it was just milk and no actual coffee, and had to throw it away.

I asked the waitress where is he since they are mixing our orders and they gave an excuse that his still training he doesn’t know what his doing.

Regent Road Store in Sea Point Wont Allow You To Redeem Any Vouchers!
Been playing Cell C Rewards. Managed to get a Bootlegger voucher from the Perks. Went to the Regent Road store in Sea Point, and was told by the manager it cannot be redeemed in his shop and I need to go to a 'large' Bootlegger. This is despite the fact that the voucher specifically says 'At Any Store' ! My goodness, it was only a R20 voucher !!!!

CONFUSING
AFTER A DAY OF RETAIL THERAPY THE WIFE AND I DECIDED TO HAVE A QUICK COFFEE AND BOOTLEGGERS WAS RIGHT ON HAND. I THINK THAT ATLEAST SHOULD I HAVE THE CHIOICE OF HOW WANT MY COFFEE. WHEN THE COFFEE CAME TO BE COLLECTED AT THE COUNTER I NOTICE IT'S BEEN SERVED IN A COOLDRICK DUMBLER. I WAS NOT AWARE THAT THIS NORMAL. I MENTIONED WHY A GLASS AND NOT A NORMAL COFFEE MUG THE RESPONSE WAS SIMPLY THIS IS HOW WE SERVE OUR COFFEE. I LOVE MY COFFE HOT BUT NO I HAD TO WAIT FOR THE COFFEE TO BE COLD BEFORE I COULD LIFT TO HAVE A SIP. COOLDRINK TUMBLERS ARE FOR COOLDRINK. AND COFFEE ARE SREVED IN COFFEE MUGS WITH A HANDLE.
