Failed me as a customer

Worst service ever and a nightmare of my life i entered into a program with Bornman Attorneys 2yrs ago to help me with debt review removal till today no luck as she lacks communication she waits for me to call her and gives me the same excuses up until today on the 21st Jan 2026 it was court date i was granted a court order still no communication after the court up until again i call her what is worse she is always busy that she ignores my calls then someone else will tell me she is busy she will call me it will pass a week with no return call my life its a mess of just one person who failed me as a customer to get my freedom and i paid R7500 she just need only to update my ncr and to remove only the flag is it too much to do Susan you failed me as a customer i tried calling you several times with no luck you dont have customer service at all i even paid all of my debt but im stuck with debt counsellor HENDRICKS on my profile feel for a human being and do the right thing and not be escalated to LPC
