PTSD
Treated me like i was a girlfriend they had ghosted. That deeply scarred me psychologically. This was 2 years ago and im only now recovered enough to post this. They should be ashamed of themselves and should be fined or banned. Mental anguish is a real thing leading to ptsd.

BOS - *******, ****mers and ****
I wish I had looked here first before engaging BOS to move my household goods to the UK. My story is the same as many others, they were very attentive up front, but as soon as our goods were in the truck we never spoke to Shaun, Taryn again. They sold us **** insurance, and never paid the onward delivery crew. They are *******, ****mers and ****. Do not give them any money

I wish I had looked here first before engaging BOS to move my household goods to the UK. My story is the same as many others, they were very attentive up front, but as soon as our goods were in the truck we never spoke to Shaun, Taryn again. They sold us **** insurance, and never paid the onward delivery crew. They are *******, ****mers and ****. Do not give them any money

PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM!
Please do not trust this company as they will end up ****ming you out of your money. We paid them upfront to move our goods overseas and they disappeared off the radar when it came to paying the overseas agent to release our goods. We also paid them for marine insurance door to door and they pocketed the money so we were actually not insured! Look up Carte Blanche BOS Logistics as they investigated them for doing the same to others.

Please do not trust this company as they will end up ****ming you out of your money. BOS LOGISTICS IS THE WORST COMPANY - DO NOT USE THEM!
If I could give a 0 star I would. I have been chasing my freight for a year. I moved back to Australia March 2023 and the communication is disgusting! I got an email a month ago asking me to fill out the customers form and they will be emailing stage 3 of the process and now they have just stopped all contact, I don't know where my freight is or how to even retrieve it. I have to now get a lawyer and police involved. These people should be locked up for they way the conduct business. Have paid in full and don't know if I will ever see my stuff again. The furniture ect I can replace but my photos and sentimental things I want back. Absolutely disgusting

Stay away from Bos Logistics RSA
If I could I would give Bos Logistics 0 stars. I cannot believe that this company is still operating. We paid in full up front and they simply did not provide the service we paid for. Our belongings are held up in customs, because Bos logistics did not pay the customs fee. This fee was clearly included in our payment to Bos logistics as stipulated on the invoice, but they never made the payment to NZ customs. They have con'd us out of thousands of Rands and now they ignore our emails and phoning them is pointless. Do not use Bos Logistics for ANY service.

SHANE O'BOYLE IS A CON ARTIST AND A ****MER!! He was very active and communicating professionally until he received his payment. After that, i struggled endlessly to get hold of him or his company to deliver my goods. I had to stay in a hotel for 2 nights at my own expense because i had no bed. When my goods finally arrived, my mirror, that i paid insurance and extra packaging for was cracked and some of my items were ******. Its been 24 hours since i messaged Shane O'Boyle for a solution and i am yet to hear from him. They use outsourced service providers to deliver your goods. As agreed and stated on his invoice, he says your goods will be in a shared truck. My goods arrived, crammed together in a small Opel Corsa utility bakkie. STAY AWAY FROM SHANE O'BOYLE AND BOS LOGISTICS. You will end up spending more.

BOS Logistics: do not go near this disorganisation!
My stepmom paid R 56,000.00 to send goods from Johannesburg to Atlanta, Georgia, US in August 2023. They either ignore her please for information or they patronise her. Do not use this company. They are the most ridiculous and *********** bunch of people you will ever deal with. I have sent 10 emails with 5 of their staff in copy and not a single one of these fools respond. They still have items of mine that they "lost" and are refusing to deliver them to me. I have been emailing and messaging since the 9th of January 2024. ***!
