Excellent service
After experiencing multiple terrible iterations at the BMW The Arch branch in Umhlanga, we took our 1 Series to The Garage. From the first call to 1 month after receiving our car back, the service was nothing but stellar. Thank you to Niemesh and his team, for putting in all the work and fixing problems caused by previous incompetent parties. And for checking in on us 30 days after returning the car. Please use this service, we had a fantastic experience, and we are so grateful for the excellent outcome!
