I bought a hammer drill in july 2023 at R2600 and something went wrong on machine last week so I went to Builders for repair. Couple of days later, they call me and telling me Bosch quoted over R2500 for repair. I was supprised how repair cost is same as purchase price ? They said machine is overloaded. I don't understand what dose it mean? Dose machine has milage clock and how do they know and even if i use "overload" how repair cost same as purchase price ? I had 3 other hammer drill from Ryobi. When there's issue on tool, Ryobi just replace with new one without questuon. Folks, pls do not buy Bosch tool as I won't do that again For me, even one star is too much

I bought a table saw at BOSCH (with Makro) which was assembled inside the shop. on 25 October 2024. I used the machine once and the guide was broken because on the unstable blade, i landed in hospital because of injuries. I return the machine after coming from hospital on 02 November 2024. they refused to refund even if i made it clear that i do not want that machine back. i will risk my life with it again!!! i advice BOSCH to recall all these tables saw from all shops Ref 2772

Good day I want to just relay the disgusting service I have received from Bosch tools in New Germany . I’ve been a Artisan for about 35 years and only use Bosch hand tools, but after the service lately I will not be using their tools anymore. I purchased a battery operated hand drill from Mica Estcourt November 2023. After about a week to two the chuck was loose and we could not drill accurately . I then asked my wife to take it back to Mica , their was a clueless guy that told her it still drills and that thier is nothing wrong , obviously been a woman he could con her. Sending the machine back to site 356 km away . Again I sent the machine back again the same guy said to her the machine is fine . Again back and forth with a machine that is faulty, Arriving back in Escourt I personally took the machine in and explained to the clueless guy and showed him what was wrong with the machine . Then he decided to send it to Bosch . I received a call a week later from a tech and I explained to him what the problem was , said he would get back to me but to no avail call was 9 Feb 2024 . I’ve been making calls non stop to Bosch but have been told waiting for spares then it’s different spares and never have I been called back as to how long , the lady I spoke to the last time she literally made me wait 28 min and to no avail . I called again and asked to speak to the branch manager again just kept me on the phone for 32 min these calls were from my cell . The service that Bosch has given is so poor I was forced to buy a substandard type that has served me well . It’s in the 3rd quarter of the year and still no response from Bosch or Mica So Bosch is basically saying to many customers Don’t buy our products their is no after sales . The staff have no respect cause it’s over a phone and not face to face , they don’t seem to understand the lose of time on a job due to there disgusting after sales and disrespectful staff and management . I will maybe be one unhappy customer but I will never support or purchase a Bosch product again

I purchased a Bosch Cordless Drill at a large Hardware advertising a power tool sale. When i opened up the box i see it only came with one battery. I have purchased Bosch power tool drills before and it always came with a set of 2 battery. If i buy a battery then i am back to original price. Shame on you Bosch Power Tools for being Dishonest and ripping of your customers

Absolutely enjoy using my Bosch Impact Drill for DIY projects around the house. It enables comfortable precision drilling in masonry, wood, soft concrete, as well as metal. A keyless twin-sleeve chuck provides fast and easy drill bit changes with a simple spindle twist. I like the Electronic Speed Control, which delivers the correct speed for the material through the pressure-sensitive trigger. Ergonomically designed, it is lightweight at only 1.7 kg and compact for effortless overhead drilling. The 600 W motor ensures reliable results in several materials, allowing for drilling diameters of up to 12 mm in masonry and up to 25 mm in wood. A very practical product to have.
