Hi Bose RSA can’t seem to assist me so I am reaching out to you as HQ. I got a paid of your ear pods (the sounds is insane ! Definitely made me fall inlove with them) but I am concerned with the quality of your manufacturing. These EarPods are my babies and I look after them better than I would look after my own children. They are only used at gym - never outdoors and I am gentle. The rubber seems to just come apart … and when I mentioned it to your SA branch I truly believed they were a dud - there’s no way such a prestigious and great company could supply this level of disaster … or atleast that’s what I thought to myself. . . I was told there’s nothing they can help me with other than a 10% discount … So o spent a fortune on these - for them to fall apart and my compensation is 10% off a new pair. Please help me understand if this is in fact correct? Should you not replace them ?

My QC35 headphones lasted 5 years with minimal use. The Bose representatives in South Africa say that they can't do any electronic repairs "as the FAA classifies all noise cancelling equipment as aviation grade equipment and as such are not allowed to action any internal repairs on such items". This is coming from the representatives of the brand that sold the best noise cancelling headphones in the world at the time! Please Bose, tell me why I should buy the QC45?

A few years ago I bought a Bose Soundlink Mini Bluetooth Speaker. I am in my 70's so didn't really use it very much. It then failed so I contacted the local agents only to be told to speak to London as they had no backup service here in Cape Town. So I left it. Lo and behold a friend bought a later model and this has also failed! - We went in to the local dealer to see what we could do and they said they now had a workshop here. It would cost us R500 each to get them to look at it and then they would quote to fix it. Long story but how can a brand like Bose have 2 failures of a supposedly high end product (which cost us each in the region of R4500). It wasn't the service of the staff I am getting at - its the reliability of the product!! I certainly will not entertain buying a Bose product again

I bought a Bose Docking Station/ Speaker about 17 years and it has been playing up and the cost to replace it today would be huge. Despite the product being very old and outdated the Technical team were able to repair it for me within an hour. My thanks to Pierre and Jason

I bought a Bose wave soundtouch clock radio with cd player 20 months ago being an avid supporter of Bose /R16000 From the start i struggled to connect the unit to wifi and bluetooth a few months later i was completely unable to use the wireless functions( wifi/ bluetooth) I took it to Bose who sent it away and informed me that a power surge had damaged the wifi/ bluetooth board and that it would cost R5900 ( the unit being outside of its 1 yr warranty) Well i have an inverter suppying power to my home ( pure sine wve power supply with zero possibilty of a power surge) Secondly the wireless board gets it power supply from the main unit clock radio so if it was a power surge surely that board shouldve been damaged 1st? This is extremely poor quality from a premium brand such as BOSE I will be moving to another brand as this is extremely poor service and quality

I purchased Bose Sound link mini bluetooth speaker at great expense. At first it worked fine but all of a sudden the red charging light keeps on blinking and I cannot turn on the speaker. Tried contacting Bose but have not received any reply or assistance to either fix up my speaker or replace it. I have been a HUGE Bose fan and got my entire home fitted out with a Bose sound system and numerous headphones etc. Now I really regret wasting money on this expensive speaker where a cheaper on would have sufficed
