very bad do not trust this entity they made me do an online purchase indicating stock I waited for delivery 1 week just to get told there is no stock on product after I made payment when ordered. now for my refund i need to wait 4-7days please make sure prior to doing business with this company not only did I lose two weeks waiting for a product or my own money back i now have to start over with my search again for the part required very disappointed

I bought a E36 Machanism from them and when I was busy assembling it it came loose by the joint in the middle so I spoke the salesman and he said I should bring it they will exchange it so upon arrival he changed his story again so he doesn't want to refund or replace the item which has a factory fault.

I purchased a MAF sensor from Boss Auto Spares (Maraisburg) on 3 January. The part is faulty and causes serious drivability issues. When the sensor is unplugged, the vehicle runs better, which clearly indicates a defective or incompatible unit. Despite this, the store flatly refused to refund, replace, or assist in any way, taking no responsibility for the product they sold. No inspection, no troubleshooting, no solution offered. This conduct is unacceptable and contrary to basic consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, which allows for remedies on defective goods within six months. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others not to use this supplier for vehicle parts, particularly electrical components, as there appears to be no meaningful after-sales support.

I bought a clutch kit for a polo. The guy who assisted me said it's the right clutch, my mechanic fitted the clutch and it was wrong. He then had to drop the gearbox again to remove the clutch and I went back to get another kit which ended U being the right clutch kit. I got charged double the price for Labour. Boss auto spares owner refuses to come to the party, has no respect for customer N customer service. This is the worse place to buy spares from and the quality of their parts are worse then China. Pethetic service from them. The owner doesn't want to take responsibility N tells me I need to speak to the manager Maybe he will cover the additional Labour. What a disgrace from a business owner.

Bought spares late in December and gave it to my panel beater along with the car that needs ro be repaired, due to December and January holidays it took me longer to discover that the parts were wrongfully supp**** . When I returned it to them the salesman was very rude , unfriendly and unhelpful. They charged me 20% handling fee and I am a respected customer who has been buying from them for years and ever so often we are supp**** with the wrong parts .

I'm utterly disgusted with this business, I ordered fog lights, but didn't get the cables, switch, relay or bumper grille. the agents are not helpful; all I get told is the supplier is out of stock... ive paid full price for my items but have only received 1 bit of it
