Horrible service and even more horrible communication skills. After phone call confirming that they do fix candy floss machines they call us to ask us for a receipt because they dont fix machines that they do not sell. That was 2 weeks ago. Haven't heard from them or could hold of them. We need it for this week! Horrible place with horrible service.

Poor quality on my plastic chairs, chairs came with sharp edges , brittle legs and already one broke in half. Iv worked in a plastic industry before so I know when something is off.. they taking chances these people. Poor communication interms of delivery date too. Highly disappointed.

Bought an ice machine of October. The machine broke within a month. We took it in and were told that it will be repaired by the 20th of December. When I checked in they say the machine is not ready and will only be ready after the 20th of January. How can a machine break within a month and you don’t take effort to fix it? Disappointed!!!

I am beyond frustrated with my experience with Boss Catering Equipment. I have been struggling with one slushy machine for over two years, and despite numerous returns and attempts to get it fixed, it still doesn't work properly. I even decided to buy a brand new machine straight out of the box, only to find it was broken as well! I've now wasted R26,000 on equipment that I can't use. After countless calls and being given the runaround, I still have no answers or solutions. Now, with summer in full swing, I'm stuck with two non-functional slushy machines. It’s unacceptable to run a business like this, leaving customers high and dry. This has been nothing but money down the drain because of Boss Catering. I would not recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely horrible service. I purchased a double door fridge on 16 November 2024. Few days later after setting it up I realised there was moisture in the fridge, it was leaking water down the doors and onto the floor of the fridge, the temperature also didn't stay constant, it fluctuated the whole time. Called Boss Catering and they sent out an agent, not even a technician, who told me and my mother there was a fault on the fridge, the pipes weren't draining correctly thus the water in the fridge, and there's fault with the thermostat, Boss will have to fix it or replace my fridge. The agent then went on to tell complete lies on his report, stating there's nothing wrong with the fridge and we are just refusing to implement solutions he gave us - which he ever even did. Boss Catering then just plainly refused me any further service, they refused to send a technician out, they refused to fix the fridge, they merely stated they will collect it and refund me. When they came to collect it, the documents I was expected to sign said once again something completely different stating that I (the client) said the fridge was not cooling so they need to collect it to assess it in the warehouse. No mention of a refund. When I tried calling Boss Catering, they purposely ignored me on all 3 their lines - leading to almost 30 missed calls with no answer. I couldn't just let the fridge go without the refund. I then had to wait another 5 days for Boss Catering to actually collect the fridge, all the while they kept lying and inconveniencing me. Truly disappointed in this pathetic service. If you ever think about using boss Catering Equipment - DON'T!
