Mail to Bosveld kudu is working again!!!! Good Day The Company In Cape Town did not buy Bosveld Kudu. So now I sit with everything. And all the money is gone. Big ****!!! The Big reason for the delays. Bosveld Kudu is out of money and bankrupted. BUT I WILL PAY EVERYONE BACK!!! I WILL START AT A POINT AND START PAYING BACK. There are not a lot of open orders. so please be patient as I pay this out of my pocket. If it takes me a year to pay everyone back I will do that. ( AND NO I WILL NOT DO YOURS FIRST, I WILL DO THE OLDEST ORDER FIRST) We will need your ( Without This I can not make your payment, I need proof as I can't lock into the online store and it is deleted) 1. Order Number, 2. Name, surname, 3. Proof of payment and banking details. Please be patient Thank you

I order Tommy Vellies from them on the 27 December 2023. Up to date I have not received my vellies nor a refund. I have sent numerous emails for which I received replies that the company has been sold and that refunds will be made. The latest reply to a email I sent to try to follow up once again came back saying that the email address couldn’t be found & doesn’t exist. I am really disappointed & hope that they get caught for what they did to so many people.

I order Tommy Vellies from them on the 27 December 2023. Up to date I have not received my vellies nor a refund. On December, 28, 2023 , my girlfriend made an order for pair of vellies for myself. “Camel Men’s Vellies” to be exact. Since up to date i have still not received the shoes nor a refund. I have sent numerous emails, just to get an automatic response every time up, until a response from an “Erick” came through to me, this was their response : “ My Name is Erick Please Note - Hein Dreyer is no longer part of this company since 6 January 2024. He won't be able to help with anything. Our Company is in the process of taking over this company. 1. We are working on the website and is busy changing the website. Also all the Social media Pages. 2. When we are done, we will load the new stock and prices that is not confirm yet as we are busy dealing the the different shoe manufactures out there. We are also putting up our own plant to manufacture shoes. 3. When that is does we active the new bank account and will do all the payments that need to be done. Please send us your claim form for a refund, No old order will go out, and it will be refunded to the customers. This will be done in the next couple of months. ( our hand is tied down with this process till we active the accounts.) We will need your Order Number, Name, surname, and Proof of payment. and banking details. The moment we get that info we can start with the refund process. Please be patient with us, the moment everything is in place all orders will be refunded. The website will reopen in May 2024 for orders and lots of new stock will be available. Thank you ” This company needs to be closed down and be ordered to pay all refunds, i believe the option for Court is not taking it too far as i see NUMEROUS complaints which seems to be mostly fami**** to one another as well as the response from the company.

On the 26th of December 2023, I ordered a pair of Vellies for my husband. When I sent an email on the 29th of December to follow up on my order placed, I got an automated email telling me that any orders placed on the 20th of December will not be in time for delivery on the 25th and that if you order from the 20th of December, your order will only be shipped out in the first week of January. Then on the 8th of January when I queried my order again, I got an automated email this time telling me that that Bosveld Kudu is changing ownership and that my order would be shipped at the end of the month. I followed up again on the 23rd of January just to get the same automated answer about my order. Today the 13th of February I sent yet another email and this time got an answer from a guy named Erik telling me Hein no longer works for Bosveld Kudu and that they are in the process of changing ownership. In this email he tells me that they will not be shipping out any old orders and that I should send me banking details for a refund. The email was was not professional and had so many spelling and grammar errors. I am definitely not sending my banking details just to be ****med again. People please be careful of this business/site. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THIS IS A ****!
