Bogus dealership
Bothadeysel boksburg is a **** dealership with a highly trained bogus sales women called Mimi and his bosses Armand brothers They ****med me 400k for an accident damage bakkie that they sold me and never informed me that the bakkie was from an accident and now Wesbank is not helping me to cancel this deal.They work hand in hand with Wesbank also. Please never trust that park n sell dealership. The sales women had a nerve to tell me straight that they are very well connected to the Banks and Ombudsman and I will never win them. I'll be just wasting my time trying to cancel the deal. Very very bad service. I will never ever buy anything from them ever again. ****** that dealership. Made me pay for repairs they were super to pay for and changed the story later with the Bank.

Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).
I was welcomed with such a great smile from the gate made me felt special and welcome, I bought my car from them and traded in my BMW with them and they were about customer setisfection and no robbing game Mimi was friendly and kept me informed through out the sale my car still performs with no issues that's what I call good customer service,Job well done to Mimi
