Really efficient, quick, positive experience at Bothners Claremont!
I would rate Bothners 10/10. Website = great to navigate. Love the user experience. Communication = friendly over the phone, helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable. Service = I was helped immediately and sent the order-info promptly to track my order. Courier guy as the courier service = great. I spoke to the Claremont team yesterday about a product I saw online that I'd like to purchase. They guided me about the expected delivery time, how they would accommodate me, and gave me great answers on some product questions - it's 24 hours later and I just received my delivery! Very satisfied customer.

Bothners Stellenbosch - Outstanding Customer Service
I recently made an online purchase at Bothners, getting my product delivered from the Stellenbosch store. The service from the manager, Hayden, was excellent, the delivery was efficient, quick and my parcel was well wrapped to protect it. This was an excellent online, and customer service experience. Highly recommended.

Bothners Stellenbosch - Outstanding Customer Service
I recently made an online purchase at Bothners, getting my product delivered from the Stellenbosch store. The service from the manager, Hayden, was excellent, the delivery was efficient, quick and my parcel was well wrapped to protect it. This was an excellent online, and customer service experience.
