Bad Service and untrue policies
Bothners advertised price-match and free delivery. I found a lower price elsewhere and asked them to match it with free delivery, but they then changed their response and said they would offer me free deliver but not price match. Th manager sent me a pic of the complaint I sent to the store instead of actually replying to it. Nothing was done. What bad service.

Bothners advertised price-match and free delivery. I found a lower price elsewhere and asked them to match it with free delivery, but they then changed their response and said they would offer me free deliver but not price match. Really efficient, quick, positive experience at Bothners Claremont!
I would rate Bothners 10/10. Website = great to navigate. Love the user experience. Communication = friendly over the phone, helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable. Service = I was helped immediately and sent the order-info promptly to track my order. Courier guy as the courier service = great. I spoke to the Claremont team yesterday about a product I saw online that I'd like to purchase. They guided me about the expected delivery time, how they would accommodate me, and gave me great answers on some product questions - it's 24 hours later and I just received my delivery! Very satisfied customer.

Bothners Stellenbosch - Outstanding Customer Service
I recently made an online purchase at Bothners, getting my product delivered from the Stellenbosch store. The service from the manager, Hayden, was excellent, the delivery was efficient, quick and my parcel was well wrapped to protect it. This was an excellent online, and customer service experience. Highly recommended.

Bothners Stellenbosch - Outstanding Customer Service
I recently made an online purchase at Bothners, getting my product delivered from the Stellenbosch store. The service from the manager, Hayden, was excellent, the delivery was efficient, quick and my parcel was well wrapped to protect it. This was an excellent online, and customer service experience. Highly recommended.

Can someone pay back my money Bothners.
I purchased a stage monitor from their online store a laney cxp110 active monitor on the 02 of MAY 2025.They then called me that afternoon saying sorry that they advertised the wrong product. I told them no problem thx please just pay back the money. Still waiting for the accounts to contact me after so many promises. Monday almost done and no word from them i have to contact them! No service at these oaks will never use them again its pathetic!!!!!!!

Bothners N1 City Value Centre Store
Tried to order John Thompson Easiest Piano Course Part 1 using the online facility. Once I had paid my eye cught the fact that the order had been changed to course 2 even though I had selected the course 1 book. When I called the store to ask about the issue I was told by the assistant that I had made a mistake. It is hard to make a mistake on their website as everything is in large font. Nevertheless, I was told that they did not have any in stock. Why advertise the goods if you dont stock it and why claim that the customer 'made a mistake' I am NOT satisfied!

Black Friday Deals
Disappointed that this company is not honest about their pricing Black Friday Deals are no more special than the daily deals What they've done is ramp up the recommended retail price on the website to make you think you're getting a deal - when in fact the new sale price is what you'll get anywhere else They've lost a customer Erik
