Dissapointing experience...

I won't recommend Botswana Footprints Booking company...I don't know if we're the only ones that had a bad experience with them.... There were issues at almost every camp during our Botswana trip in May 2024....at some camps they said we must still pay the balance, at others they only booked for 1/2/4/5 people instead of 6...etc. And this, despite the fact that we made the booking a year in advance,we chose the camps ourselves, but I asked for good campsite numbers, none of my requests were fulfilled, this was our first time in Botswana...they couldn't send our sim cards, so I'm still waiting for my refund after numerous emails... Their reply: They apologised, they will do better next time....
