I have order a perfum and paid it on the 5 August 2025..till today I have not received it..It was R1399.00...they don't have office number or email..

I regret making purchase on this ****, if I knew I wouldn't. I've been waiting for my order when i track it,it always says "Waiting for fulfilment". I wish they can stop with this ****.

Boutique Blossom Urgent: Refund or Deliver Order 253872
Dear Boutique Blossom, I paid in full in full for a product with the order number 253872 on the 28th of July via Shopfy, but have not received the product despite multiple follow-ups. Your failure to deliver is unacceptable and violates my consumer rights. I demand either: 1. Expedited delivery with a tracking number within 48 hours, or 2. A full refund of R 1,049.00 to my original payment method. If unresolved by August 20, 2025,pursue legal action under the Consumer Protection Act. Small Claims Court.

I placed my an order o the 25th April 2025 and I received the email saying my order is on its way on the 14 May 2025. Still now i haven't received anything. This company is a ****en ****. Should have searched before I make an order. Now I can't reverse my order and get my money back. Peace of **** company

I bought perfume from this site and they confirmed my order on the 20th October 2024. And then they sent me a confirmation that the order is shipped but untill today l have not received any thing and all my emails I sent have received no response from them.
