I bought a dress online from Bow Africa. Date: 08 Oct 2021 and they said I can collect after 7 days. I payed the full amount on the same date and said I will collect it on Thursday 21 October.
When I got there, they were no where to be found... and I had informed them that I was coming an hour before. When I got there I called her several times and she did not pick up. Sent her messages and she just blue ticked me.
I ended up leaving without my dress... she never returned my calls or respond to my messages till I posted on her Facebook page what she did to me. She then blocked me on all of her social media pages and responded to my messages by saying I can collect it on Friday, which I told her that I won't be around.
Now she doesn't want to pay me back and I want to name and shame her.
So disappointed by her service and she doesn't care about this issue because I have paid her and never received my dress or my money back till today.
I wouldn't advise you to support her because she doesn't care about customers, she only cares about money. I'm do disappointed and angry but she doesn't care at all.
