I would like to know from BOXER if the monthly promotion does it apply to all stores in Gauteng or some of the stores have different prices? Reason am asking: I went to Trade Route to buy MAQ 3KG the price display is R270"3 PACKETS" However the paper promotion shows MAQ 3KG "two for R270.00" THE cashier said that promo dont apply in their store. My name is Buyisile shabalala. Today i went to umlazi Boxer superstore to purchase pampers for my twins and few items for my daughter. I was very disappointed with the treatment i got from the store mananger whose name he said Mark Moso. This is what happened: When i got to the baby isle i saw that the pampers i was purchasing was on promotion it was 2 pampers 50(hi baby)and wipes 72(i dont remember the brand) for R200. When i got to the counter the cashier called another lady i dnt know who is she as she never greated or said anything to me. The lady name is Sizakele i saw on the name tag and the cashier name is Ntombifikile. Sizakele went to the isle with me and we both saw the promotion sticker she first took all the pamper to scan after that she took the sticker and told me she is going to the manager. When she came back she told me manager wants to speak with me. When i got to the office i told the manager i am late i left my twins with the neighbour child and i am rushing home. He told me the pampers are not on promo we both went to the baby isle when we got there the sticker was already removed.so he said he can not give me the pampers with the price i saw. I called sizakele to asked for the sticker paper she said infront of me and the manager that she removed the paper and throw it away. The manager was so rude to me on the floor infront of every1 from what i know the customer is always right and i was suppose to buy with the price i saw with. Boxer management please intervene.

The store boxer in Kliptown putrid services. There was a special 2 packets of hi baby nappies with one packet of nappies all three for R200. When I got to the till it did not go off so instead of the supervisor coming and doing what she is suppose to she says it's an It problem. So at that time the manager is requested he comes also does not help. Rather tells me that the system does not show it. But me as the customer I see the products being R200 so I have the right to pay for what I see. I then called the head office who was just as useless. So people I'd advise refrain from shopping at Boxer Kliptown Soweto.

I have bought a white star instant poridge at boxer and iam suprised it does not look like or taste ohk and the expiry date looks tempered with and i have Proof of perchase and pictures to prove my point.i have reason to believe its expired.

I went to boxer today in Sidwell Port Elizabeth to do shopping, I was stopped and told my 11 year old daughter was born on wait at the door as she had winter pajamas on. There is no sign indicating this. Igold them I will never leave h daughter at the door with all the kidnapping in our area. I am completely disgusted by the way the security handled this even me going to see the manager they said u kids must wait at the door I moved past them straight to the manager with my 2 daughters and explained my disgust with the store policy apparently he did apologise but I left and will never again shop at boxer. Unprofessional Security and no sign as to the rules and policy o the store.
