Good packages - we had just abouts enough boxes (needed 4 more) and a bit of bubble wrap left over for our home move. Very convenient! Only criticism is the tape - it is the poorest quality ever. We had to go but proper tape just a few boxes in.

Always on tenterhooks, when using a new online shop; I had been as fidgety as a cat on a hot tin roof when using BoxesOnline - despite some bad reviews. The experience had been nothing but awesome!! They responded quickly to e-mails - & I received my order a whole week before estimated delivery! WOW! AMAZING! Thank you Sharon Larson & Edenvale team! You deserve reaching the highest of heights!

My father suddenly passed away and I had the sad task of packing up his home, it had to be done in a hurry as I am leaving in a few days time. I ordered the incorrect size (unbeknownst to me), I received a call from Sharon who asked if I was sure about the size...I adjusted my order and not only did I have to wait for the usual delivery time but the manager, Tamryn organised for the boxes to be delivered the same day to my door! This type of customer service one does not receive anymore and has made my sad task slightly easier. Thanks Sharon and Tamsin, I appreciate your help so much.

Cannot copy the address off an email correctly. Took 4 days to deliver a parcel. Try to be diligent when dealing with the public and/or potential future customers... This simple mistake can cost you where it will hurt your bottom line / profits. Won't recommend them!!!

I ordered 2 boxes from Victor, to be delivered a 30-minute drive away from Boxes Online office in Edenvale. I immediately sent the POP to Victor a few minutes after receiving the quote. I also stated to Victor that this is urgent. First, Victor did not provide a confirmed delivery date until I followed up a day later. Then he delayed the delivery by not even reading my email sooner. I deliberately ordered the boxes online thinking I would receive them much sooner. And this is not even the courier company's fault. Each time I stated to Victor that it is urgent, he didn't seem to show any real concern or make any effort to contact the courier company. His service came across as totally blazay and with a "don't-care" attitude. Totally pathetic, untrained, amateur customer service. Once I received the boxes, they look like they've been chewed by rats at the corners. Is this the ****en bull**** I paid for??? I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND BOXES ONLINE TO ANYONE!

I ordered a medium box package kit from boxes online, paid expensively for shipping, the terms was 2 -3 days for delivery. I have not received my package, after 2 days I inquired and the agent said that it was accidentally rerouted to Cape Town, I am based in Klerksdorp! How the hell do you guys get that wrong! Please inform me about the package. I need the boxes by the 20th of July, if not I WILL cancel this order. I think you guys are a scam.

Upon closer inspection I noticed that there were other items missing from my order which they did not inform me about.
