BP Arena Park Chatsworth

The BP Arena Park Chatsworth is listed on uber eats. So I tried to use the service to buy from them for the convenience of delivery. Firstly their products are not properly listed on the app. I called in to find out. The staff were helpful as much as can be. They advised pick a similar product eg. Coke for Fanta orange. Then I had to call the back to make the product changes for the purchase,, all well and good. I selected cash for payment as I have used Uber eats prior and cash works. So. An hour passed and no delivery. I had to call again. In the meantime, my mums supper was delayed,, then they advise they don't do card payment payment needs to e done via my card. Am very sceptical as I have been ****med giving outy card details. I asked why cnt they send a card machine. So back n forth. My order after 2 hours of trying never got delivered. My issue is this. They are listed on Uber eats. However do not provide the convenience for customers. The need to list their products not just specials as people required essentials too. Hats off to the staff for trying their best. However the store owner need to upgrade their services. It's not a convenience at all to the community having them on Uber eats. Time wasted. Inconvenience and dismay.
