Company was with us for C.O.C. Was at farm to test our Main DB and Sub DB on 19 June 2025. The electrician very professional. Fault appear on 20 June 2025 the evening our power keeps on tripping. Phone the owner Barend Botha the evening and he send his team out Saturday morning to come and look for the fault. It was found and repair. And our power is working 100%. The response and work ethic is very professional. Have keep as in the loop and inform as every step of the way. And there cost is also affordable. Keep up the good work

Positives: Initially prompt and affordable. Negative: After final payment, had to call/whatsapp/email almost daily (daily towards the end) for 1.5 months before I finally got my actual CoC

As a small business owner I understand the importance of communication and service delivery. Unfortunately this business does not. Don't bother trying to schedule any appointment. It will end in disappointment. No communication. No set time for service. No show on the appointed day.

Be very carefull of this name and company. We have had endless problems with them on all levels. They issued COC's that was *****ulent and is still waiting for them to finish the original job. Their **** promises and lack of customer service and communication is unbelievable. Will be reporting them to all relevant authorities.

Exercise caution when dealing with this business. They lack an understanding of good customer service, and both the owner, Barend Botha, and the assistant, Krystal, are *********. Work with them at your own risk.

Be very careful when dealing with these people. They have no idea what good customer service is, and the owner (Barend Botha) is elusive and hides behind his assistants who answers the phones. They have not returned my calls for 5 months and the works is incomplete. Shoddy work, incomplete quotes and totally *********** in my view. If there was a zero-star option, they would get it. Steer clear!

Be very careful when dealing with these people. They have no idea what good customer service is, and the owner (Barend Botha) is elusive and hides behind his assistants who answers the phones. They have not returned my calls for 5 months and the works is incomplete. Shoddy work, incomplete quotes and totally *********** in my view. If there was a zero-star option, they would get it. Was refered to them for COC. Was unhappy with their qwote thought it was redicules but booked the service as I could not get any other. Tinus and his team was friendly and helpful. I do believe this company could better their communications but the job is well done

A year ago I purchased an apartment, and BP Botha Electrical issued the Certificate of Compliance (COC). The electrician replaced several electric items (inter alia he added an additional wire to the geyser to make it safer and as a result had to replace the geyser's circuit breaker in the main switch board to a double switch). Within a year this NEW switch got damaged and had to be replaced. BP Botha Electrical refused to acknowledge or reply to my emails. However, they responded to a WhatsApp message and confirmed that I used the correct email address. Long story short - I had to pay another electrician R1050-00 to fix the faulty switch. The new electrician told me that BP Botha Electrical used the cheapest (and poor quality of course) circuit breaker available on the market. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE USE OF THEM AS THEIR WORK CARRY NO WARRANTIES.
