Horrible *****ulent company
Horrible company committing ***** and refuses to service clients, also doesn’t pay the agents as promised and doesn’t follow any lawful ethics when dealing with there agents, do not take a product there or work for them, you might as well be ****med.

Pathetic
My name is Thina Mkonde I have been working with this company for over 5 years now I gained nothing but mental health people doing ***** black people being mistreated by indians a company with no BEE us blacks we are agents and we earn little the is too much *******ion I then tried to reach out to the CEO and they heard that I am speaking to the boss they went to my calls fast and victimized me I tried laying grivience but Damian and Vishal didn't give me a chance which I don't care I got fired for wanting to tell the truth and I know my GODS won't let this sleep until Justice is being followed that man whom is the director started disrespecting my ancestors and I kept quite he will still dance also so the problem now is they not giving me my salary schedule as they fired me I waited from 29/02/2024 till today 80% of the employees want to speak out but they are scared as they get threatened for me I am not scared of anyone at all because everything I do is legit so the only person to oppose me is the person that is not doing right so pleaae guys attend to this I also want my salary schedule as the department of labour needs it NUTUN Is verry *****ulent the KZN part of it I wash my hands and I can never work with any indian mina through to what Nutun did

Very angry
Last year in October to December I worked at Capability bpo as a customer service agent under Nishan the team leader. The treatment I received from the team leader Nishan I don't even wish for my worse enemy. Everyday when I go to work I use to cry and pray what I'm going to face today from him. He use to shout at me in front of everyone calling me stupid. U can ask anyone from his team they will tell you that they want to change the team and how he treats people. Even other teams will tell you about Nishan. I thought that I found a job but I lied to myself and that why I resigned. When I sent my resignation letter to HR he ask me is because of him that I resigned. I didnt answer him. Last and foremost the company were debiting money in my salary for the headset, UB key and the access disk but when I bought them back they didn't give me my money back has they promise. I didnt even get my commission but what can I say I learned my listen from Capability.

Do not work for BPO GROUP.
Do not work for this company, they are based in Northriding, Northlands Corner. They are extremely unprofessional and they care nothing for the people that work there. I started working there last week and I contracted Corona virus, if they had followed correct protocols I wouldn't have been sick. They are negligent, there are more than 5 people who tested positive at this place yet they're still allowing people to work there without taking proper precautionary measures.

Do not work for BPO GROUP.
Do not work for this company, they are based in Northriding, Northlands Corner. They are extremely unprofessional and they care nothing for the people that work there.
