Poor service
Absolutely shocking service Messaged to find out about a braai grip Kyle the owner was quick to get back to me with a price.. When I spoke about design he was abit confused.. I asked for a Picture of the design he couldn't send me one. I asked him to get back to me and nothing. I followed up the next day read and ignored.. 3rd day I called my call was declined. Then a follow up message was sent only to get a reply of unfortunately can't help you.. Since when do you have to run after companies to get work done..

Poor service

**** and has to date not Delivered
I Spoke to Kyle Braai Mania owner in January 2024 and made a payment for the complete braai of R32 000.00. This was promised to be delivered and he was quick to follow up on when payment will be made and actually hassles you. Once the payment was made, it had been 5 months of back and forth and empty promises from Kyle saying he would send photos, his workshop is busy; if things weren't done, he would pay me back in a week, All lies, In my opinion, this is a ****.

Bad Service
On 15 January 2024 I completed the design for my braai with Kyle and paid the R 6500-00. The initial promise was 2 weeks, then 3 weeks and now almost a month later I still don's have a braai. The owner does not answer calls and does not attend to Whatsapp messages. He did respond on 9 Feb 2024 saying the braai was ready, but that he was late giving it to the Courier. He contacted me on 10 Feb 2024 after I reported his business on Facebook after I saw a few other customers who experienced the same. His response war rude and threatening. In this he changed his version and said my braai will only be ready during the week of 12 Feb 2023 and that he is cancelling the Courier and that I must collect my braai personally. I don't know what to make of this company and Owner Kyle Albertus? I again asked when my braai will be delivered or suggested a refund, but he simply ignores.

Bad Service
I order a braai with 2 grids ash pan and spit braai from baai mania after confirmed they will do the order when i pay i kept following up no response on Friday 15th they all of a sudden told me my stuff is not gonna be ready after numerous attempts to get hold of the guy then while im on the phone with him he told someone in the back ground im mad when he said the spit braai is ready i send the courier to collect when they got there he was supposedly not there and would have drop it at the kiosk after attempting to phone him on my side and the courier trying to get hold of him he ignored us to date no response to my money and i have no xmas gifts or this guy answering me i will go open a case an report his bank to the ***** department today. And i have screenshots off everything
