They Do Not Fix The Vehicle Correctly For The First Time
The first time my vehicle was supposed to be released from Bradbury Panelbeaters it was discovered that the water bottle is leaking, they had to extend its stay at their workshop so that they can fix it. After the vehicle was released back to me I realized that the PDC sensors are not working and now I found out that the water bottle is still leaking just that it's not leaking as it was before. It seems like with them to get the vehicle back to its condition you have to take it back to them a couple of times in order to do a good job because of the poor quality control at their workshop.

Bad service
The worst service I have ever received. The had my car over a month and nothing has been done on my car. I have to wait another month for them to get parts, they **** to me that they send additionals to my insurance only to find out after 10 days that the insurance never received anything from them. I will never recommend this company in my life.

Bad service
The worst service I have ever received. The had my car over a month and nothing has been done on my car. I have to wait another month for them to get parts, they **** to me that they send additionals to my insurance only to find out after 10 days that the insurance never received anything from them. I will never recommend this company in my life.

Poor communication and long waiting periods. Poor service.
I have never seen such an unprofessional and poor service, i took my car for assessment beginning of AUG now its October waiting for parts, imagine a common car NP200. They send out a communication that parts have arrived and you wait another 3 weeks to repair. They are unreachable on their lines 80% of the time. I requested for a towing they said they don't have a tow truck in the last minutes, when i told them earlier. I had to inform my insurer to change a panelbeater after waiting for over 2 months.

Bradbury Panelbeaters not having parts to repair for almost 3 months
I took my car Suzuki Vitara Breeza for panelbeating on 17 January 2023 for panelbeating to date my car is not completed yet they say the parts needed is on back order. I had a carhire with Santum Insurance which expired already. I am struggling without a car and it is not looking like I will get my car soon because they keep postponing their dates

WORST SERVICE and NOT CAREFUL
The panelbeater broke my car keys in June and the manager promised to fix it and promised me that he had put through an order of the outer put of the keys, I made a follow up with them around August 2021 and they said the order of the outer parts of the key is not yet delivered. And I visited the Bradburys panelbeaters in October to follow up and the manager said I should come he will call me. Till today they have never called nor fix my car keys, now my spare keys is not working properly and when I call they take me from pillar to post. I really need my car keys to be fixed.

even grade 2 learners can do better job than Bradburys
These are the most incompetent panelbeaters I have ever came across. I took the car to them which bumber and front end damages, the car came back like it was done by some grade 2 learner. I would not recommend them to anyone, very useless
