I took my TV to Bradlows for repairs on the 31 December 2025. I was promised that the TV will be repaired in 21 working days. I do not receive feedback from them, I called again on the 12th and I was not assisted. I was told that the TV is still at the store and has not been attended too. I asked that they log a complaint as I am not happy, they gave me a complain reference, and was told that the reference will be dealt with in 21 working days! 21 days to resolve a matter?? I am so upset! They have my TV and they are not willing to assist. I asked to speak to a manager with the impression that they will assist, I was told the manager is in a meeting and the manager would call me back. It has been a week and I have not received any cal from the manager. I regret making the purchase at BRADLOWS. DO NOT PURCHASE AT BRADLOWS!!!

I purchased lounge couches from Bradlows (Randburg branch) on 10 October 2024 for my home in Newlands, Durban. The total cost was R20,000. In November 2025, the stitching on the 3-seater couch started tearing. I reported the issue at the Randburg branch and was told to log a repair online, which I did on 11 November 2025. Two weeks later, I received an email stating my case was closed due to “no pictures attached” even though I had attached them. I opened another case with pictures again, but received no response or assistance. Every time I followed up at the Randburg branch, they said the case status was still “New.” The condition of the couches has worsened since my first complaint. On 7 January, I called again, and the manager at Randburg told me to open a fifth case and send her the reference number for follow-up. Still, nothing has been done. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend such a large amount of money and receive no support when something goes wrong. I’m extremely disappointed with Bradlows and their lack of customer care.

I bought a bed Online it was supposed to be delivered on 18th Dec, driver said 5pm is late for him he will deliver Sat 19th, 19th he said he is off the bed is back at warehouse, they then said they will deliver MONDAY , Monday didn't get any communication i phoned the online team they reescalated, Tuesday same thing today is Wednesday still same thing. I finally spoke to Louisa Baloyi who promised to give me feedback after escalating to her manager but she never called back Here is my complaint ref and order number successively 9000464719 , 9546334 I went to Randburg square sat there for three hours then tried to help but they couldn't. I spoke to the Complaints Department they keep apologizing and say they Reffered to the relevant department No one is assisting me, at this point I don't know what ro do, im getting married in 3 days n that bed should have been at the apartment by now.i seriously don't know what to do as no one is helping me When I ask for the contacts of someone I can speak to for assistance they dont give me all they said is we can see your matter has been escalated twice unfortunately there is nothing we can do we have to escalate again

Good day, I am requesting your urgent assistance regarding a stove lay-by with Application ID: 0027853280. On Monday, 5 December, I visited the store to make the final payment. I was informed that delivery would take 2–3 business days. However, as of today, the stove has not been delivered. I called on 07 December to follow up and spoke to Thandiwe, who provided an extremely poor customer service experience. During the call, she sighed repeatedly, went silent at times, and when I asked for her name, she abruptly ended the call. I called back and spoke to Linda, but I could still hear Thandiwe in the background speaking with the same dismissive attitude. This behavior is unacceptable. My family and I have been loyal customers of Brandlows Randburg for many years, and this experience is deeply disappointing. I kindly request that this matter be addressed urgently and that my stove be delivered as promised. Additionally, I would appreciate feedback on how this customer service issue will be resolved.

Absolutely pathetic service❗️ I canceled my lay-by (reference 16541768) on 1 July and asked for a refund to be paid into my business account. I was told I needed to provide a police affidavit, which I did immediately, along with every document they asked for. On 10 July, I called to follow up and was told the Randburg branch manager would call me back with a portal number. That number is apparently needed just so I can find out what’s happening with my refund. The manager never called me back. Not once. Why must a customer keep chasing a refund like this? I’m the one calling, emailing, following up, wasting airtime, while they sit in silence. No updates. No accountability. Just lies and empty promises. This is completely unacceptable. On 11 July, I called again, only to be told my refund was canceled because of “missing documents.” What documents? No one told me anything was missing. No phone call. No email. Nothing. I was just left in the dark. They gave me an email address to send the so-called missing documents to. I sent them. I even CC’d another address. Still no reply. No acknowledgment. No one had the decency to say a word. I had to keep calling just to be ignored all over again. The Randburg branch is run by people who clearly do not care at all. The manager is ***********, the staff are unprofessional, except for one light skinned lady I beived tried her best to assist. The entire experience is honestly disgusting. How is this place still open? To anyone reading this, stay far away. They will take your money and treat you like you don’t exist afterwards. No respect, no service, no shame. Never again.

After I have received a best service at the branch changing a layby. I was promised that I will get a refund of the remaining balance in 7 to 14 days. It's been over a month no refund received. Submitted I'D copy and bank statement. I've been calling and and getting promise after promise. Layby no: 16726293.

The sales aftercare is below the crust of the earth! I took took out insurance underwritten by them. it has been a good month since I made a claim and it still has not been processed fully because the store is either *********** or they just do not care. Documents were first sent to the incorrect email address. Only after I personally intervened was this corrected. They proceeded to send an incorrect sales order to the insurance, the insurance made them aware 4 days ago and to date, they have not yet sent them. I have been doing a follow up with the store on a daily basis and all I get is "I will attend to it right away" and it never gets attended to. To say I am frustrated is an understatement!!! I should not have to go high and low for a service that I am paying for!!!!
