Brand Hubb Ryobishop Poor Customer Experience Faulty Equipment
I recently bought a table saw from ryobishop.co.za. At the time I had no idea it was Brand Hubb was the actual seller. I received my order without any problem but soon came to find it was defective, the saw would not stay on and I suspect a faulty switch. I initially contacted Ryobi who very quickly informed me that I should be dealing with Brand Hubb. At that point I emailed Brand Hubb support asking for help and heard nothing for the next few days. I then called in and a lady told me that I should email in. I told her I already did and after a little while she found my email and told me that it has been escalated. Two more days day go by still nothing and no response to my email. It has been more than a week and I have not heard a single thing from Brand Hubb. Starting to think I got ****med. Should have spent a little more money with a reputable company.

Shocking service
Absolutely shocking experience from Brand Hubb, purchased a drone, the support was almost non existent. Sent the drone in to be assessed after crash and after 3 months of chasing them I eventually got an answer from them. Collected my drone and went to another supplier and what an amazing experience. Don't deal with this crowd for anything.

Shocking service

Branddeals.co.za - Good service at a good price
I bought an JBL 2.1 Deep Bass Soundbar from Branddeals.co.za which form part of the Brand Hubb group. It was my first purchase from this group. The item was not in their warehouse and had to be collected from one of their suppliers. My only complaint is that it took 7 working days for the item to be delivered but I was contacted on a regular basis with an update on the progress. That is why I give 5 stars. Also the price for the item was very good. The service and tracking from the courier company was excellent.

Stay away from Brand Hubb
I like to consider myself as one of the people that have fully embraced the life of ordering everything online and if I cannot find it online then I am not meant to buy it. I have never in my life experienced such a terrible customer service as I did with Brand Hubb At first glance, they appear to be legit but for your own sake RUN! They have now closed their website to show that they are nothing more than crooks! I now understand why they are not even on Hello Peter! They do not want to be held accountable
