GIVEN BLUE INK AND BLACK ELSEWHERE

I have orderedd pens. And I was never told about the inks. And I did not. And when I found out. The ink are blue.

And they say they can't help me. Their quotation does not show the ink of the pens.

The pen was shown to me. As an image. And I was never told of the ink.

I think this is wrong as the client demands black ink. Not blue. It is a law firm. And they do not use blue pens.
