We bought an Oztrail tent from the Oztrail Store. It was defective and the frame failed with the first 2 or 3 times of using it. Unfortunately it failed during a trip to Botswana and we had to struggle to form any kind of shelter with it. After getting home it was returned to the Oztrail Store/Brandhubb. They agreed that the tent was defective and agreed to replace it. Four months later, but no tent. We have now asked for our money back. We have made multiple calls and emails to Darren Adamo at Oztrail and Nicholas Cupido at Brandhubb and have never received a solution, in spite of their promises to attend to the problem. They no longer answer emails or calls. Where to now?? This is sad, because Oztrail is a good brand, but it's product and service have failed us in practice.

Purchased a Oztrail tent online and purchase was facilitated by Brandhubb. Tent poles snapped and zip crumbled within days of using the tent, I contacted Brandhubb and requested to return the tent and get a full refund, eventually I was put onto Darren, store manager.. he advised that I needed to courier the tent back at my own cost, which I did. weeks turned into months and still no news. Darren continuously blames his warehouse and lines manager for the lack of feedback.. So effectively Brandhubb have my tent and my money.. that's DAYLIGHT *******!

On the 17 April 2023 I ordered a drone from a shop calling itself "Djiauthorisedretailers" and the drone was shipped to me on the 19 April 2023 by a shop called Brandhubb. On the 22 April 2023, my son unpacked the box and started to operat the drone. It flew only 3 times and it started showing an error "non official battery used". I phoned the shop but the phone was not answered. I sent an email reporting the problem. As it was over the weekend, I waited until monday .At around 16h00 there was still no response from them.I phoned again and luckily the phone was answered by the gentleman, who said I must return the faulty drone. He never mentioned anything about the shipment fee back to them.I paid R130 to send the drone back to them.Another cost on my side, as if it's my fault that they sent me a faulty drone. Before I returned the drone, I was told to send it to the address on the invoice, suprisingly there was no address on the emailed invoice. I had to call again, to be given the address, which is another expense on my side. The drone was sent back and I received no confirmation from the shop that they received the drone.I had to call once more and Iwas told that the drone had been sent back to the supplier to be checked. I stated from the beginning that I want to be refunded my money as I don't want to spend any money in future, sending the faulty drone back to them. Nobody from that shop who answered me wanted to entertain my story of the refund. I was told that the supplier has responded by saying the drone is still under diagnosis but there was no time frame. I sent emails reminding the store manager that I don't need a fixed drone, I just need my money back.I read their terms and coditions before I ordered the drone. As a customer, I am entitled for a refund, if I returned the faulty item, within the first 7 days of purchase. There was no response on the issue of refund. In the first week of June, I sent another email, requesting for a refund. I got an answer from the store manager saying I will get the refund on friday, as they do all refunds on fridays. On the day of the refund, I received an email from the store manager, saying unfortunately we can't give you a refund, as you have been placed on a warranty list. I sent an email again reminding the store manager that I don't want that drone anymore but he never responded. On the 21 June 2023, I received the email from courier guy that my shipment from Beandhubb is on the way. I was never informed about the shipment of the fixed drone by the store manager. I sent an email to the store manager asking him if they are forcing that drone on me. He responded by an email, saying the matter has been escalated to management and that one of their managers will call me, which never happened. Yesterday the drone was delivered to my house and I did not accept it. Staw away from this shop and save yourself from lots of frustrations😭😭

Pathetic service. I ordered a speaker through Audioking, after paying they told me the colour is not available so I chose a different colour. 10 days later the speaker is still not delivered and no one is replying to my emails.

I purchased a queen size camping stretcher through OzTrial. Not to mention THE WORSE COURIER GUY experience for two weeks, the product finally arrived after 2 weeks. We opened it... and low and behold - the stretcher is damaged, like it's been used. Trust BrandHubb to have a courier guy person ready to collect within a day, but now I am fighting via email for my refund. This was R2900 - the stretcher was purchased for an upcoming camp this weekend, and I've communicated that I need to use the money to find an alternative sleeping solution. Charne Gibson's last email reads: "I will add the refund for processing and advise as soon as it is done." So, on their time? When will this be? No respect for customers. No client service. Stay away.

I have a Candy tumble dryer which I purchased from BrandHubb. I needed a new hose and so I reached out to them for assistance. I provided my details as they said they needed to quote me and Kgomotso said she would send me one. It’s going on almost 2 months and they just never sent me that quote. How hard can it be for you to send me a little quote? You suck
