I bought a microwave online, the website did not indicate that the product is out of stock. I was then called and advised that the microwave is not available and offered other microwaves which i turned down. I then got insulted (F*CK YOU) and told i will be made to wait for my refund for ages. VERY BAD SERVICE. WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM THIS SHOP.

I made a purchase for a pair of shoes on the 27th of April 20, The shoe was available online and payment was made. I then received an email on the 2nd of may informing me that the shoe was not available and that I could choose to have my money refunded. I requested a refund and to day I have not received my money nor a response. Pathetic would be an understatement. All I want is my money back.

Returned shoes on 17th September 2019 and have still not received my refund of over R800.00. I have tried phoning and have sent numerous emails to no avail. No response of acknowledgement. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE BAD NEWS.

Payed for my order on the 18th December as a Christmas gift for my Girlfriend... To date when I check my order online it is still "AWAITING FULFILLMENT"... I have sent numerous emails, messages on facebook and tried calling numerous times... Not a reply on any of the above... Nobody answers any of the extensions when you phone... Really Getting Irritated by this excuse for a company!!! My girlfriend must think that I am lying about getting her a present, because they can't fulfill my order!!!
